I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service received today by Cormac.
I was having some issues with placing my order so messaged through to help desk and was very swiftly assisted and got my order placed for me, completely stress free.
Over all, a very pleasant shopping experience, lots of fantastic items to pick from, with something to suit everyone, as well as top quality, quick customer service

Outstanding service from agent.
We was awarded £200 to spend on learning space via family fund due to my son having ASD. When I was browsing on the website there was so much selection it was overwhelming and I didn’t know where to begin especially because this is a huge amount of money and I wanted to make sure we was spending it on something my son would thrive using.
I called the number at the top left of the website and spoken to a lovely gentleman called Cormac. I told him roughly what I wanted or what I thought I wanted and he promised me an email full of links to products on learning space website that match what I’ve been saying I’m looking for.
When I tell you this man read my mind.. he did just that. He called me back and we went through the list of items and he managed to put together a fab bundle that was amazing value for the grant money.

Learning SPACE - Wonderful company, lovely staff and amazing products!
We needed some advice regarding one of their products - Cormac was happy to help and went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a company. Items arrived and our children absolutely love them - especially the 6" Infinity Mirrors and Sensory Bean Bag. Not only will we be using Learning SPACE again personally, we will be recommending them to family and friends with SEN children.

Georgina is quite possibly the nicest, and most helpful customer service administrator, that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Many companies either try to rush you off of the phone, or are more interested in trying to upsell their products to you, rather than actually resolve your query.
Not only did Georgina take the time to ensure that my issue was fully resolved, but she also made the effort to build a rapport with me; which is rare to find nowadays.
Keep being your amazing self Georgina, as it really does make a difference to your customers, and makes us want to do business with your company again!

Great online company with people you can talk to
I was a little disorganised with daughters birthday and worried the item that i had ordered wasn't going to arrive in time. I called the number on the website and was able to talk to Georgina immediately who kindly chased the item at the warehouse to confirm it was in stock and that delivery would be within 2 working days! Amazing customer service and so relieved my daughter will have her birthday present in time! will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Learning space positive experience
Website was easy to browse and place order. I placed an order using a family fund grant for my son who has additional needs. Cormac was very helpful communicating via email to assist and advise me. He was always quick to respond and very polite. The service was very good and positive. It took a bit of time from placing the order to it being delivered but that was due to the array of products I ordered. Once it was dispatched it took 2-3 days to be delivered via courier that you can also track. I will definitely purchase from this company again!

Learning space a place to learn
Shopping at learning space was great experience because l came across professional staff whom are willing to help with my order and carried out a great services. Learning space in particularly good for children aged between (0-10) but more equipment needed for teenagers
