Amazing Safe training session by Shahid who is very knowledgeable, cooperative and knows exactly how to deliver the content in a way that we understand it thoroughly. The course material was of a very high standard, and the online virtual classroom worked very well, including the use of breakout rooms for the team exercises. This was my first time to take any of SAFe course online as had previous exposure to PMI. Shahid has made the course look very easy to understand both in theory and how to practically implement this in our Projects. The content, way of delivery, delivery time and simulations were excellent. I am very happy to take this course and will definitely enroll in other SAFe training after completing my SA certification.

SAFe Scrum Master Certification
The training was conducted by Stuart Bonner. I never felt bored through out the training sessions and the trainer was helpful whenever anyone had a question, he had given us the chance to talk incase if we have any question or concern, he had also walk us through all the important slides and provided all the materials required. The trainer was absolutely involving us in the activities of the course and made sure to discuss it after we complete each activity. I would really thank him to take us in the 2 days training and I am sure i'll pass the exam after all of the effort provided by Stuart Bonner. Thank you again

Although a great wealth of knowledge has been cramped into such tight schedule, through this programme, they have allowed me to realise my deficits in my management competencies.

However, Learning is life-long and such awakening provided me the "to-do-list" for my personal development.

Shahid is leading a great team at The Learning Initiative, Rachelle and other instructors are best in the business. They helped me a lot to boost my confidence and provide me the tools and techniques to not only pass my PMP exam but also make learning part of my lifestyle.
