Learngistics is a corporate learning and virtual production company founded in 2005. Our name reflects what we do best: combining learning strategy with the logistics required to deliver it well. From planning to execution, we help organizations design, manage, and deliver high-quality learning experiences for their teams. We support the full corporate learning journey. This includes acting as a training coordinator to source and book courses, streamlining training purchases through our Training Request Management system, designing and delivering leadership and team development programs, and providing fractional Learning & Development (L&D) services for organizations that need senior expertise without a full-time hire. In 2019, as learning rapidly moved online, Learngistics expanded into virtual training and webinar production services. Today, our team plans and produces more than 800 virtual classes, webinars, and events each year, supporting platforms including Zoom, Zoom Webinars, Zoom Webinar Plus, Zoom Events, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Google Meet. Our experienced producers manage the technology, flow, engagement, and behind-the-scenes details so facilitators and speakers can focus on delivering great content. Organizations work with Learngistics when they need reliable support for corporate training delivery, virtual event production, leadership development, and L&D operations. Whether you need help coordinating training, producing a polished webinar, or acting as an extension of your L&D team, we provide practical, experienced support from planning through delivery. I had the pleasure of working with Audrey at Learngistics, and it was a truly great experience. She was incredibly supportive in the lead-up to our events, ensuring everything was organized, tested, and ready to go. Her communication was clear and proactive, which gave our team confidence throughout the planning process.

During the events, Audrey did an excellent job producing. Having a true professional managing the technical details and live execution allowed us to focus on our content and audience engagement. Her calm presence and attention to detail made a noticeable difference in the overall quality and flow of the program.

I would highly recommend working with the Learngistics team.

Top-level experience from start to…

Top-level experience from start to finish - Learngistics easily integrated into our event and were very responsive and friendly in the process. They ensured everything went smoothly and were very attuned to my stress points to provide reassurance along the way. You also won’t find better service for the price. Highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again!

Incredible Webinar and Virtual Production Services

Learngistics took our webinar from average to amazing. Bringing almost TV quality broadcast techniques. We could not have delivered such an amazing event like this on our own. The team was easy to work with and leveled us up every step of the way. We now use them for producing all of our training sessions in addition to our webinars.
