I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences with Leap FX. From the very beginning, the process was unnecessarily complicated—selecting a broker, setting up a VPS, understanding their scattered instructions, and funding my account all felt like a guessing game. When I reached out for support, instead of providing clear guidance, they deflected responsibility, blamed me for not understanding, and refused to offer real-time assistance via a call or video chat. It wasn't until I was ready to give up that they offered to help via telegram.

Rather than taking accountability for their convoluted system, they engaged in endless back-and-forth emails, arguing over petty details instead of addressing the core issues. Even after requesting a refund, they continued with defensive and aggressive responses, making the entire ordeal feel more like an ego battle than a professional transaction.

A real company takes ownership, listens to customer concerns, and provides seamless support. Leap FX does the opposite—they argue, deflect, and make a simple process needlessly frustrating. If you value professionalism, transparency, and a company that actually helps its clients instead of fighting them, avoid Leap FX

I've been using MoneyTree EA for about six months, and I'm impressed with the steady growth it provides.
The low drawdown and consistent returns make it a great choice for those who prefer low-risk trading.
The setup was straightforward, and customer support has always been available to answer my questions.

I purchase the easy money xray bot about 5 months ago and deposited 10K with a risk tolerance of low risk or .02 as recommended.
the bot was consistent for 99% of the time.
everyday it had positive returns of .3 to .5 percent return with a monthly average of 12% return over the course of the roughly 5 months my balance in blaze market rose to just under 15k.
On january 7th end of day it had equity of 1492.93
January 8th the Bot did not trade and i saw a loss of connection in the VPS server ( when reviewing days later to see what happened) Bot picked back up trading on the 9th in a matter of hours 50% OF ALL EQUITY WAS GONE a couple hours later it was reflecting a negative balance of -1492.93
I reached out to my mareket make who looked at the bot through my VPS and said they have never seen anything like this before their is an issue with the BOT , contact Leap FX.
So i contacted LeapFX, to be given a respince that.
the Bot is working fine i should have just shut the BOT off or add more money! Wow not the responce i was looking for and definetly not what they advertised. below is a line form their ad:

Reading that diologue sounds more like to me i shouldn't half to shut the Bot off or keep feeding it money , just set my tolerance level and let it go.
This is why i am convinced that the BOT experience an issue or glitch the night of january 7th when it lost connection to the server.

I would also like to add i had 2 other friends that were running the same Bot with about the same balance size as mine and they experienced the same exact loss on the same days both leading to negative balances in their blaze market account and the questions of what just happened?
Its obvious that LeapFX is not going to say their product malfunctioned that would not look very good.
But im not stupid enough to believe the explanation i was given it defeats the purpose of the AI bot, it is more realistic that just like any product they can malfunction. And that would build more confidence to say hey lets try this again or chances of it malfuntioning twice are pretty slim. Versus the answer i got that was oh you should have shut the BOT off or just added more money , that comment makes my response go OH no run from this company no where did it say any of that in the product outline, we all no that trading in the market is a risk but this thing went to sleep at the wheel with 15K to throw more money at it would clearly be the dumbest thing i could have done! I hope this helps any of you out their make a decision on spending 1K in purchase and set up to trade at a higher risk then going to a casino or at least with a company that cant admit their was an issue with their product.

contacted their support few months ago. asked about detailed stats of their ea. they've sent details, statements and also links to myfxbook. ordered without problems. there is money back if something is bad.

Tried their EA with different brokers and they all accept EA. no questions after withdrawal request.

I purchase Trade explorer. I am disappointed with the bot. It was slow on generating profit as was promise when i bought the bot. It was able to generate profit of around US$500 from May28,2024 up to Aug.5,2024, and in the morning when i wake up and check my account, i was shocked to see my account was -651.07 and i quickly emailed leapfx and they said that the market went down and i was a victim of it and i told them that why is it trade explorer was not able to detect that the market was not good. So the bot cannot be trusted after all. Now my account has only 38.29 left and i am afraid if i deposit money again, it will happen again and lose money. I don’t have trust in leapfx and their bot and also the broker which is blazemarket.

Whenever I've deviated to try my own settings. I've ended up regretting it. it's frustrating to see their suggested settings flourishing on their Myfxbook while my tweaks have failed. The best advice I can give is to follow their instructions to the letter. Their expertise and recommended settings have consistently delivered the best results.

KingRobot, their low risk settings lost more than 60% of my trading account in less than 4 months. Customer support does respond with suggestions. And for the 2nd time in my short time watching KingRobot on myfxbook, LeapFx is not reporting results which probably makes the EA look better than it is. I do have a 4 figure account for KingRobot that is traded on Ox Securities.

My max orders set at 4 and contract size at .02 are the conservative settings recommended by LeapFx support. Yet account took 3 losses at 105%-110% max cover also a conservative settings with max order 4 to reduce the balance over 60% below opening balance. Unless you have probably $50k to lose and max order setting of 10 at .01 your account will be blown much sooner than later. This is why LeapFx has a very LARGE real USD balance on their account otherwise it would be blown many times by now.

I would write 0 but I cant, king robot works well for a week and the week after you wake up with half of your margin missing, it always follows the trend with no good analysis, worst bot ever
