I subscribed to a regular delivery of Belly. I really really like the product , my dog loves Belly and it absolutely does what it says in my opinion.
However, I found the customer service and execution of product out for delivery really bad. I had my order back ordered for months when leadr over sold, no big deal - had to follow up with customer service a few times - I got the product eventually, then a couple of deliveries later I was sent the completely wrong product, I had to chase up customer service twice to get a response, then I got sent a completely unsealed packet - not safe to consume. No response from customer service. It’s a shame because I really think it’s a great product but the backup is lacklustre to say the least. The website doesn’t work properly when trying to access my account either. I’ve had to cancel my subscription simply because I don’t have time to go back and forth chasing it’s up. I subscribed for convenience and sadly my experience has been the opposite of that.

I’ve purchased both products and have 2 dogs. My review is “on the fence” as I’ve yet to see the results promised in other reviews or by Leadr Pet. Hopefully time will tell although for me, it’ll mean purchasing more to either prove or disprove the claims.

My fiend had bought Leadr “Settle” for her anxious pup while they were away. Her vet had recommended it, so I thought I’d try giving my little old dog a pellet. I didn’t expect him to eat it, as he’s fussy, but he woofed it down. Yay! I bought some online and friends are commenting on his improved demeanour.

I am eagerly waiting for these products to arrive! (Inner Health Bundle) I found the website and company easy to navigate and deal with. They are very helpful with questions and queries. I asked if one of the products (Settle) would interfere with my dogs seizure meds. Instead of saying, "Yes, its fine" just to sell the product - they said to ask the vet first. I did, and they said it would be ok! Postage was very fast too. The reviews are awesome, so i am SO hoping it's going to help my little guy settle down. I'll be eagerly watching for the postie this week!

It’s so easy to order and manage our subscription, our bulldog girl LOVES her Leadr treats so much that we have to hide the container otherwise she sits and stares at it. Would highly recommend the benefits to her health were quite quickly observed (nice solid poo 💩 to pick up).

I 100% swear by this product.
Both stress & joint supplements has help enormously.

Regardless of the waiting time for our order. Happy with the product and the quick response of the customer team when contacted.

Settle really helps my schnauzer

I think that the Settle product is excellent and has been very beneficial for my anxious schnoodle!

So easy to order. Both the products we order for our Cocker Spaniel are actually helping. They help her with her gut and anal glands and the second product helps with her anxiety. So we will continue to order from Leadr Pet.

Website is easy to navigate, ordering process is quick. Product (Settle) helps my highly strung dog relax and kept calm in stressful situations

The company is very quick with their delivery

Not only does my Westie love these but they have worked wonders with her IBD. Can’t recommend enough.

The belly treats have reduced the tear stains from my dog’s weepy eyes. Her gut health is improving.

Apart from some item out of stocks. Great product and exactly what my dogs needed.

Really great buying experience, fast no fuss ordering and delivery. My chihuahua absolutely loves her chews which is a huge bonus and there is a noticeable reduction in her anxiety. Good discovery.

Haven’t notice much difference however will continue & see how it goes.
