I hired LDE Development to carry out a house renovation, including a kitchen extension, roof, bathroom, and windows. What should have been an exciting project turned into a year of stress and disappointment.
The work was repeatedly delayed, and the standard of workmanship was extremely poor. Several areas had to be redone at my own cost due to substandard finishes and mistakes that should never have happened. Communication was inconsistent, and promises to resolve were often not kept.
This experience has been both costly and emotionally draining. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think very carefully before hiring them. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I have.

We used LDE Development to construct a new porch, garden walls and install a new bathroom in our property as well as various other internal improvements over 3 months.
Vlad, Arturo and the rest of the team were brilliant to work with from start to finish. They took the time to fully understand our requirements, priced the work reasonably and delivered to a very high standard.
Vlad pays considerable attention to the details and consistently checked in to ensure works was progressing as we had expected - which distinguishes him from other building contractors we have used. The team onsite were very hard working, always courteous, and cleaned up as far as they could each day. I would not hesitate to use this team again for future projects or recommend to friends and family.
