I had my own 30 day notice I used…you guys did say we can’t assert the validity of a notice we didn’t prepare…but according to the lawyer it was really incomplete and missing a lot of language…I feel you guys do enough you could have told me to use a different one and I would have said yes…but you guys took my money knowing it wouldn’t work..I also paid you a second time to add people to the complaint and we never followed thru…I feel any business would have gave my money back…I will not be sending anyone your way…I may not know a lot of landlords but I know a few and I will send them to people that would look out for them…you guys made this horrible experience even worse

Good morning Adam,
I'm sorry this eviction case did not turn out the way you expected, after serving your own 30 day notice. You were adamant about using the 30 day notice that you claimed in an email to LDA Pro Legal, that an attorney you hired previously drafted for you.
For so many reasons, we can not assert the validity of a notice that was not prepared and served by us. This was communicated with you verbally on many occasions and is also in our written contract for services. We always highly recommend utilizing our services to prepare and serve the notice, because the notice is the most critical part of the entire complaint.
When you completed our intake form, you indicated the tenant had occupied for over one year. However at the time you served the 30 day notice, the tenant had been occupying for under one year. You were not thrilled or convinced to utilize our services to prepare and serve a new 60 day notice, despite our recommendation. We explained to you that a 30 Day Notice is most always acceptable for tenants who have been occupying for under a year, however the notice must be prepared and served correctly.
We can not assert the validity of a notice that was not prepared and served by us. We didn't prepare the notice and we didn't serve the notice. We explained, that if the tenants file an Answer and the case goes to hearing, the notice will be scrutinized and could be deemed defective if it was not prepared and served correctly.
Upon filing the complaint and attaching the 30 Day Notice, that an attorney you hired previously prepared and the landlord served, the Defendants filed an Answer. The Defendants claimed the notice was defective, along with multiple other Defendants answering the complaint claiming tenancy. We prepared additional documents to set the case up for hearing with the Defendants and all other occupants, in hopes of maybe reaching a settlement agreement with Defendants.
Ultimately, you decided to dismiss the case and start over with a new notice, which is another possible resolution. Eviction cases are very complex at times and there are many variables involved. I understand the process is very frustrating. If you have any further questions or concerns please reach out to me directly. Thank you.
Getting a squatter out!!!
After months of attempting to remove a squatter from my mother’s property in Alta, CA, I contacted Legal Documents Assistants (LDA PRO) to take over. Once I spoke to Ms Angela Jones about the extenuating circumstances of this case, I felt confident she could handle this matter. I have slept better since I am not thinking about what I may have done incorrectly on the court documents as they kept being rejected. Phew! Best decision we have made to get this person out of the cabin once and for all!!!

Customer service was OK
Customer service was OK. My emials were slow to be responded to. This company does not follow through with what they say. They told me I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days about some paperwork I submitted. No one sent me an email. After 10 days, I emailed to let them know I had not received an email concerning the paperwork. The company said, " This inquiry has been received. My assistant is following up and will be in touch tomorrow." I have no choice but wait. It is now 4:26 pm the next day and I still have not received an email from them. I understand that legal matters take time to remedy, but customer service should be prompt and trust worthy. When a company says they will do something on a certain day, they should do it. Or at least communicate why it is being done late.

Please note what you can expect next:
1) Respondent was served on 2/15/2023. This date is very important for you. This is the start clock for the date of final judgment to be entered, by the court, which is no earlier than 6 months 1 day from 2/15/2023.
Additionally, the Respondent has 30 days to respond/not respond to the documents served. Once the 30 days expire, then you are able to file a request for judgement.
What is happening within the 30 days:
1) The final documents are in the process of being drafted. Your initial draft is complete and ready for your review pending your response to the follow up questions emailed to you on 2/28/2023. Once those responses are received the draft will be sent to you for review by both you and the Respondent. If you have any questions, edits, changes those will be handled and then a final version will be sent to you for signature by notary for you and the Respondent.
2) Request for Judgement. These documents will be drafted at the expiration of the 30 days. These documents are dependent on whether the Respondent files a response with the courts or not.
We understand this is a lengthy process but we are at the mercy of the court's process and timelines. We also understand this can be stressful and complicated to understand. Please accept our apology if we did not return your emails, as quickly as you expected. We value our clients and our client's trust. Please reach out if you have any further questions regarding your case or if you need further clarification regarding the remaining process / steps.

Excellent Value Service
Prompt responses, competent advice and solid attention to detail. I successfully completed an eviction in Stockton CA with LDA PRO. Every step was well explained while forward looking expectations were reasonably predicted. The process took about 4 months, so it was important to have solid communication all the way through. The remote service worked equally well and cost was as reasonable as can be expected. I plan to keep using LDA PROs should the need arise.
