Engaged LCA to instal new Combi-Boiler, for which their quote was competitive.
Guys arrived as promised and had originally quoted 2 days to complete work. They worked quickly, and cleanly causing minimal disruption to us, and got it all done within the first day, and took away all the rubbish and old tanks, which was great. We did have a small leak from the new boiler, and called LCA office to report. Within a couple of hours someone turned up resolved the issue within a few minutes, and all was good.
Throughout the quoting process, and after sales contact the office staff have answered phones / emails as quickly as one can expect and done everything that's been asked of them. I have been impressed so far and now engaged them to look after the future servicing of the boiler.

From quotation to finishing the job LCA have been brilliant.
The quote was clear and fully detailed, any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently.
Invoices were easy to read and pay.
We had a full bathroom renovation.
Lenny our plumber came every day at 8am sharp and stayed all day working solid. He was so polite and helpful and checked in with us all the time on heights of wall cabinets, the way we wanted the tiles to sit on the walls and how we wanted the floor laid. He came up with ideas for boxing in the waste area which makes it look like it’s always been like that .
We can’t fault Lenny’s workmanship at all.
He was happy to let our little dog even help at times . Lenny’s wife also kindly got more grout for the wall tiles when needed which is above and beyond.

We would highly recommend LCA for bathroom renovations and will happily use their services again for any pluming works required in the future.

I called a plumber to fix my boiler. The person was on the phone the whole time to someone else to resolve their issue. When the boiler went off the phone, he mentioned my boiler was not working (which I already knew), and he could not do the job. I have to pay the call-out fee of £114, a waste of money

We have used LCA multiple times over the last year or so for various jobs including moving a radiator, boiler service, fixing a broken shower screen and installing a boiler. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

LCA installed our new Boiler just before the cold months hit. They were very efficient workers. Did the install very fast, left no mess and even helped us set up our hive as we aren't very tech savvy. Very impressed and would always recommend LCA.

Called lca out after being let down by multiple other companies, the arrived in the morning, and showed me how the boiler was beyond repair. They had another engineer arrive an hour later who along with his young enthusiastic apprentice “Ethan” got the boiler swapped out and ready for the Xmas guests to arrive.
