IT TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR THE SAMPLES TO ARRIVE, BY WHICH TIME I HAD ORDERED [ IN MY DAUGHTER'S NAME] FROM YOU, SHOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE 17 APRIL SO I HOPE WE WENT WITH THE RIGHT COMPANY. I WOULD SAY THAT CLADCO SAMPLES WERE ALSO DELAYED BY EVRI AND YOUR DELIVERY CHARGE WAS LOWER WHICH SWUNG IT IN YOUR FAVOUR.

We invest a lot of money in our samples and send them out free of charge. However we are then in the hands of Royal Mail but if they are delayed we will always send out another set.
