I made a mistake in my order. However I rang directly to you (the supplier) I spoke to a Lovell lady who answered all my queries, was extremely efficient and helpful. Parcel even turned up earlier than expected. What more could one ask? Thank you.

Whole experience was a delight to order my selection. Choose of finish abd sizes easy to understand. Craig was very helpful prior to my ordering my selection. I made a mistake when ordering (on line, on a Sunday) a roof window from LB Supplies. I emailed them the same evening to explain my stupidity. I wasn't really expecting such a quick response. Got a phone call the on the Monday and my order was rectified. Absolutely brilliant. Great service, there website is easy to navigate through, and very helpful. My window arrived on the Wednesday. What a service.
