We contacted Lazer regarding a reconnection to the property that previously belonged to my parents & Tony Keenan & Marisa Alvaro in the Almancil office couldn’t have done anymore to help us - the service Marisa has provided to date has been exceptional, giving us what feels like a really personal service & answers any queries quickly & efficiently!! I would recommend Lazer without any hesitation!!!

The speed of response from the moment we expressed interest in Lazer services was extremely impressive. Carla Rodrigues and her manager Tony Keenan found the right service at the right cost for us and had the installation completed very quickly. They had a real 'can do' approach and nothing was a problem to them. I highly recommend Lazer Telecom. David

Excellent Service Marisa Alvaro
I have been working in Property Management for over 14 years and, throughout that time, I’ve dealt with many suppliers who provide excellent service. However, I can confidently say that the service from Lazer is truly at the top.
A special mention must go to Marisa Álvaro, who is an absolute standout. She is highly competent, friendly, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable. Marisa is always willing to go the extra mile, and her dedication and professionalism are truly impeccable. No matter the situation, she is consistently available, helpful, and solution-focused.
It has been a genuine privilege working with her, and I can honestly say she is one of the best professionals I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

I signed up through the website and my contact person João called me very quickly to make an appointment, he came to my house he explained the different options, he immediately drew up the paperwork and made sure the technical department made an appointment for the installation. He followed up by whatsapp and answered all my questions very quickly. His colleagues from the installation department were just as quick within one week they were ready for the installation and set up, within 1 hour the entire installation of Internet and tv was arranged. We arrived in the Algarve on the Saturday, contacted Lazer on Monday and they had everything set up by Thursday afternoon. Excellent service and friendly, professional and efficient staff. Would definitely recommend!

From the first telephone conversation with Marizo Alvaro, everything was sorted and arranged very efficiently.
Making an appointment for the two installers was also very easy. It’s now installed and works perfectly.

Até agora a nossa experiência foi boa
Até agora a nossa experiência foi boa. Expandiram a rede de fibra até à nossa zona, onde previamente não chegava internet, e não nos cobraram por isso. Montaram tudo isto dentro do tempo que nos disseram (<1 mês), ao contrário das outras empresas com quem falámos antes, que sempre enrolaram e nunca cumpriram as datas a que se comprometeram. A internet não falha, é rápida e tem mais cobertura do que o esperado, tendo em conta que vivemos numa zona rural e numa casa com paredes bastante grossas. Resolveram quaisquer problemas ou imprevistos com toda a prontidão e a maior rapidez possível. A equipa que veio fazer a montagem cá em casa foi prestável e eficiente, acompanhou-nos através do processo, sugeriu as melhores opções e executou, mas sempre fazendo questão de ter a nossa opinião e tentar ir de encontro com a nossa vontade.
