The product, Platinum cartridge adapter, works well as stated. Arrived on time in the mail.

Your company was the only source I could find for the very wide pencil lead that my automatic pencil required. The pencil was a prize for having participated in a speaking course 60 years ago. Delivery was prompt.

The order was immediately serviced and I received my purchase within the week. I also appreciate receiving e-mails indicating sale prices. If I purchase a product for sale online it offsets the shipping costs. Laywine offers excellent products at fair prices.

The staff have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. There was an unfortunate mix up in packing my online order which I only discovered at home. The Lamy ballpoint pen was not the one I ordered which necessitated a return to the store. The staff were most apologetic and had the correct pen packed and waiting.

Warm welcome and the new employee was receptive and a wonderful disposition. As always the store looked impeccable and very inviting, especially for a papyrophiliac like myself.
