Beautifully packaged and secure at the same time. I also received my items in good time. I loved how they contacted me personally and ensured that I would get my items in a timely manner. (I ordered during a holiday) This store has so many beautiful things. Their standards continue from items to gracious customer service to delivery. Top notch all the way!!

It leaked between pen and coverter from…
It leaked between pen and coverter from the moment I filled it, trying two different brands of ink. Soon after, it stopped writing at all, except for brief moments after it had sat for a while (nib up).
