The first thing was that you ordered more stock after selling out the 2024 refills - so that was a really helpful thing for me, rather than have to deal with fiflofax myself. The second was that my visit to the store was quite positive - great, cheerful and helpful staff.

Laywines website is easy to navigate and is a long standing Toronto institution that I am happy to support. The special edition Lamy fountain pen and inks I ordered were well packed and arrived within 2 days of my order (no charge shipping). Very happy camper.

I would have preferred to have my name embossed on the calendar. Also, a pencil or pen (enclosed in the binding) and choice of colors for the calendar would have been preferred.

Order process was user friendly, delivery was quick and no delivery charge was appreciated.
