Ya he comprado mas de 3 vuelos con ellos y me ha ido super incluyendo vuelos internacionales e internos hasta ahora todo bien los recomiendo 100%, lo unico que deberia de mejorar un poco es la politica en cuanto a la cancelacion de un vuelo ya que cuando no puedes viajar aun pagado casi el vuelo completo si cancelas no se te reembolsa nada nisiquiera se te da un credito pero luego de ahi todo excelente espero esten trabajando con eso y seran excepcionales.

Update/Follow up .. I received communication, mid October AFTER my initial review post. It was only then that Laytrip support wanted to acknowledge my experience and provided every excuse as to why my refund requests for $xx5.23, were ignored. A timeframe for the refund, "within 14 business days" was also noted. There was also a request that I "update" my review to reflect their communication. I declined at that time. Funds were eventually received. Fast forward to Dec 3, 2024, the date I received an email stating the airline agreed to, "refund $xx3.04 for the cancellation of your reservation. This refund should be processed to your payment method within the next 7 to 14 business days." This Dec 3 amount would be ~$200 less than the total paid to Laytrip. From my point of view, this amount reflected about half my lodging reservation. Note, I had been in ongoing communication with the airline in regard to my lodging loss. Late December (27?), I sent an email inquiring about the refund from Dec. 3. The response received stated the refund was processed Oct 17 and processed to my card ending in xxxx. Not wanting assume this another one of their games being played, but why send an email Dec 3 if a refund was issued 2 months prior in a different that paid to Laytrip? Most important, if that was the case, where is the other $200 owed? No further communication has been made.

I recently used Laytrip for a flight, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First of all, they only book one-way trips, which is incredibly inconvenient. This resulted in multiple confirmation codes that I had to manage, making the whole process a confusing mess. I spent way too much time just trying to get everything organized.
To make matters worse, they booked the cheapest option available, which I guess was to be expected, but it meant that my wife and I were not even seated together on the flight. That's just unacceptable, especially when you're booking through a third-party app. I really should have known better than to trust a service like this, but I figured it would be a convenient way to book our travel. Big mistake.
I won’t be using Laytrip again, and I’d caution anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Took 8 tries over 3 devices to complete a booking. In the process I lost one of the flights I wanted and had to choose the less favorable option.
