Not a good experience
Not a good experience. I payed the entire reservation and want to add an extra baggage and it wants me to pay the entire reservation again. 🤔. Don’t understand why? The extra baggage is $80. No help so far from Laytrip nor Arajet.

I was scammed by this company
I was scammed by this company. Do not do business with them.
I had an issue with my credit card, which flagged a security problem when they changed the company name and the charge didn’t go through for a month. They simply canceled my ticket and refused to give me a refund. This is a dishonest company — if this had happened in Brazil, they would be legally forced to pay me back with interest and monetary correction.

At Laytrip, we offer flexible installment services without credit checks or interest rates. You may select the desired frequency and payment amounts during checkout, after which the payment plan is locked.
In your case, the booking was unfortunately auto-cancelled due to missed payments. We allow a 10-day grace period to resolve payment issues, during which we send several email reminders, retry the payment, and notify you about the potential cancellation. Since we didn’t receive a response or payment within that window, the booking was cancelled and could not be reactivated or refunded.
We regret the inconvenience this may have caused. Our process is designed to ensure transparency and consistency for all our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

Publico esta reseña para corregir un error. Al principio dejé una puntuación baja porque no podía acceder desde mi celular; luego descubrí que el problema era de mi dispositivo, no del sitio.
Tras intentarlo de nuevo desde otro dispositivo, todo funcionó perfectamente el chico sahil muy amable me ayudó con todo lo recomiendo bastante y antes de tener un momento frustrante como yo intenten desde otro célular o computadora que probablemente el problema sea el mismo que me paso

Es mas fácil viajar si pagas a plazo, los pagos no se sienten y puedes planificar con tiempo. Todo el proceso fue bien fácil. Te lo recomiendo. Pronto programare mi próximo viaje gracias a los pagos en cuotas de Laytrip.
