Perdí dos mañanas completas y tuve que adelantar el pago, porque el riesgo a perder todo lo abonado es altisimo, a pesar de autorizar el debito de la tarjeta no habia forma de solucionar el pago de las cuotas y el incumplimiento te hace perder todo lo abonado, estuve un dia y medio entero abocado a solucionarlo.

After I finalized my payment plan weeks early before the final payment was due, this company cancelled my booking without any warning. I found out about the cancellation of my booking after I saw a partial refund in my bank account. They could not reinstate my reservation. When I went to book a flight again, (a week before my initial flight) the price had tripled. I had to cancel my airbnb and only received partial payment. I lost money because of the incompetence of this company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Scammers. They have not refunded my money th after Frontier refunded funds back to the over a month ago. They will lie and lie to keep your month. Please never book with them!

I never do reviews but lay trip was perfect for me and my girl I thought it was a scam but you guys definitely showed us different thanks we finished our payment and woke up to airline confirmation and I signed in on delta and everything is legit we will be booking with laytrip from here on now now can’t wait for our Puerto Rico vacation in 18 days 10/10 recommendations for trying this app out !!

No me gusto el servicio que aportan, pedi cambiar la fecha de un vuelo y no me dieron solución mas que completar el pago completo para recien ahi ver si podía cambiarlo. Decidí cancelar la reserva y me dijeron que me van a reembolsar el pago que hice menos 25 dolares que se quedan ellos de multa, sigo estando esperando el reembolso… de los 73 dolares que pague con mi tarjeta de crédito

La facilidad que otorga de 5 días si no se hace el pago de la cuota correspondiente
