Outstanding service from start to finish!
Ross went above and beyond - not only during the ordering stage, but also by checking in to confirm our delivery needs and even arranging an early delivery slot for us. On the day itself, he managed to organise a last-minute item swap (my mistake!) within just 20 minutes. The delivery team were equally fantastic, and the products themselves are of exceptional quality. Truly first-class service all around!

Lawsons in Merton was the third timber yard I visited, when I was looking for quotes on treated sawn timber to make raised garden beds. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent level of service I received from Dave Privett. He was so understanding and showed interest in my project. He was very encouraging and gave me good advice. Also, the quote I got from Lawsons was much better than the other less helpful timber yards. I will be back and highly recommend Dave for his professional and competent manner. I was disheartened by the attitude of other timber yards but Lawsons was a great experience from start to finish.

Just wanted to say Dave at Merton is an absolute Legend. Old school service going over and above for clients.

We will be using Lawsons from now on due to his efforts

I went to Lawsons as a private individual trying to work out what fencing, posts etc I needed to purchase.
Dave Privett was outstanding. Patient, informative and gave great guidance as to what to buy and why. Even better he managed to arrange a really quick delivery.
I must also commend the delivery driver who arrived on time and waited for the builders to arrive without complaint. Highly recommend Lawsons and I will definitely use them again for the next project

I contacted a number of Builders Merchants for a quote and I found Lawsons Merton branch exceptional. Prompt replies & quotes at an attractive price and prompt delivery. Very approachable and great communication. I used them for new fences (close board, concrete posts, gravel boards & post mix). I was so pleased that used them again for Patio/Shed base paving, ballast and sharp sand and cement). Thanks Ross

Since meeting Ross the assistant branch manager at Merton in September 2023, he has helped us loads in getting materials to us on time to complete our jobs, great prices, gone above and beyond to find site specific items also. Great guy and great branch. 👍🏻

We use Lawsons for most of our ground works material. The team are always happy to help with quick deliveries, reduced costs where they can and advice on alternatives if they don't have what we are looking for.
Would always recommend them!
