I request a question for 8 doors and that was received prompt too. However on this occasion I have gone with a much more competitive quotation for a similar designed door.

Rude driver and rotten posts. Their treated posts have rotted through within 3 years. Some have twisted too.

Then today I had the misfortune to meet one of their drivers who thought it ok "because the house is on a bend" to block the full width of the pavement, and cause an obstruction whilst he parked on a blind bend with a T junction on it. All to save him walking an extra 20 yards to deliver a single length of timber.

Purchased Lawsons supposedly top quality fine Leighton Buzzard plastering sand but it was more like cheap sharp sand, full of small pebbles, no good for plastering. Had to go to another builders merchant in Biggleswade to get some proper stuff and it was 40% cheaper. Complete waste of my time so won’t bother going back again

All the guys at the Bedford branch are extremely pleasant and helpful from the guy on the gate to the staff at the counter. The guy on the counter in particular was very helpful and friendly

No discount applied even tho I have an account and was told it was the best price. Rung up next day and seems I was entitled to a discount but know one would sort it out until I had to call up. This should have been done the minute I set up the account. Just makes me think how much I’ve over paid on the rest of materials I brought.
