Straightforward process in office with helpful yard staff.

Nice tidy yard and helpful staff. Reasonable pricing.

I visited the ascot branch just before Christmas to source materials for my house renovation. I spoke to Wayne who showed me round and explained all the different options. He was very professional and definitely knew about the products. Very pleased with the service provided, I will be back in the new year when I start my project.

After ordering on the internet, and paying, I realised I had made a mistake. One phone call and the helpful staff sorted out my problem right away.
Product of good quality and arrived on time.

Very helpful well trained staff both in the shop and the yard at the Ascot branch.

1 corner post and 2 fence posts damaged out of 5. When I asked for an exchange it took 3 days, they didn’t even take the damaged ones away.

I sourced them elsewhere in the end and an still trying to get my money back.

Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere!

Always delivered on price and service

At first the service was brilliant, ordered and delivered exactly when it was meant to be. But if you want a refund be prepared to send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls to keep getting told ‘we will look into it’ still 4 weeks later no money back.

Update….
Got a reply to say this would be sorted as a matter of urgency but again another week later and still no refund. Even after all the info was given as soon as I got there email.

I didn’t receive copy of the invoice previously I have to call time and time again before I get one

My second online order so far, most competitive price I could find. Good quality timber arrived when it was supposed to, driver was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use Lawsons ( Ascot branch ) again.

I ordered 50 softwood brown sleepers. I gave plenty of notice and requested a specific delivery date (Friday 1st July). I waited in ALL DAY... called them late afternoon to be told "someone should have called" as delivery could not be fulfilled. "They'll be delivered tomorrow". That was a Saturday morning and no use for the people I arranged to help me move them... did it on my own! Thanks Lawsons!

Great service, delivery on time and an all round positive experience.

My order arrived not the best but after speaking to a man at Lawsons he sent me replacement wood . So happy well get all my building materials from Lawsons at Ascot in the future.

dont stick to the price quoted and always late!!

Products are good, prices are reasonable but service is very slow, so slow I have to think about using you, however, staff are always very polite.
