We had the pleasure of working with Lawson West for the leasing of a commercial property. The service we received from Lawson West was truly outstanding. Dylan Mann worked on our file and communicated every update from day one.

Prior to us accepting, Dylan did his research on the property, replied to all my emails and concerns promptly whereas other legal teams in the industry that provided cheaper quotes wouldn’t reply before we committed to them.

I had contact with Dylan near enough daily from the day we agreed to proceed with Lawson West till the day we completed. Dylan raised enquiries professionally, kept us in the loop, dealt with all of our outstanding enquiries in a professional manner. He advised us throughout. He rarely took time off but when he did, he provided notice to us (not that this was needed – but was greatly appreciated).

When the landlord’s legal team had some difficult requirements, Dylan represented our interest always with care. He added extra clause on the lease on our request despite the landlord team requesting side letters. He constantly raised queries on our behalf making sure the landlord’s legal team understand what we require. I genuinely felt like he was doing the landlords legal teams job for them.

In completion he returned a small amount of money that we had overpaid due to change in fees.

The fees quoted went far beyond the estimated time but Dylan kept it professional and capped it for us. By doing this and all the above he gained repeat business and I can happily say we have worked on multiple projects with Dylan since.

We asked Lawson West to act for us in obtaining a Grant of Probate. We hoped that it could be dealt with speedily as we had already agreed a property sale when our aunt suddenly passed away. Sophie understood the problem and explained that although it could take up to 16 weeks, she would do her best to expedite matters. We were delighted to find that she managed to obtain probate for us within five weeks, thus saving the sale. Sophie was friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend Lawson West and particularly Sophie to anyone needing probate advice and services
