I am working Mum of 2 young children who wants to be a good example to them; healthy, strong and capable of creating new habits.
I’ve always enjoyed being fit and healthy but lacked a clear path or plan and struggled to prioritise / find time for exercise. I had a few goals I was struggling to achieve, mainly down to lack of consistency and accountability.
From the very first conversation I had with Lawrence I felt motivated, excited and loved having that immediate focus. I was also reassured by the fact he’s a busy hard working family man, who very much practices what he preaches!
The exercise programmes are clear, easy to follow and achievable. But if there was anything I was unsure of or if I needed exercises adapted, he was on the case immediately.
The same goes for the meal plans; easy to follow, minimal faff and easy to prep/ cook.
I have several dietary restrictions but the plans are all tailored to exactly what you can tolerate and you are able to give feedback along the way. There’s lots of variety and they’re all delicious as well as being nutritious!
Within 3 months I achieved my weight goal, I am working out 4 times a week consistently, I am sleeping better, my mental clarity has improved and I love the feeling of accountability. It’s not as simple as working out and eating well. It really does become a lifestyle without realising it.
From his wealth of knowledge and genuine support, to his constant enthusiasm towards being your best self - I really couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Incredible one to one support
Lawrence has been absolutely incredible in helping me build muscle and confidence. Before working with him, I honestly had no idea what I was doing, but he made everything feel simple and achievable. From day one, he took the time to understand my busy career, family life, and dietary needs, and created a fitness and meal plan that truly fit me. What’s been even better is how he’s continued to adapt everything each month as I’ve progressed.
The weekly check-ins have kept me focused, and whenever my motivation dipped, both Lawrence and Judith were there with genuine encouragement and positivity to keep me going. You can really feel that they care — it’s not just about a plan, it’s about the people behind it.
Lawrence’s patience, understanding, and support through injuries and low-motivation moments have been exactly what I needed. I honestly can’t recommend him enough — he’s made such a difference, not just to my training, but to how I approach my goals overall.

Lawrence and his team provide ample adjustments and an additional push, when needed. I appreciate the work that he and his team have put in and would highly recommend the program to anyone.

Totally recommended
I worked with Lawrence for 1.5 years and it was a pleasure. He creates the routines based on your goals and needs, he even adapted them for work I was travelling to bands or body weight. The diet plan is also very useful with the receipt and quantities based on your calorie intake. He checks on you every single weeks and gives you motivation. Last but not least, he’s a very nice and funny guy!
Not just a lose weight/get fit experience, it really is a whole body and lifestyle transformation and Lawrence is 100% with you every step of the way.

Lawrence’s approach to fitness is amazing. There’re lots of factors to fitness, and Lawrence manages to keep the principles for change simple and manageable. I’ve been involved in fitness for some years now, and Lawrence really has switched my viewpoint on diet and exercise to be far healthier and manageable. I have a much more positive relationship with food and training. I couldn’t recommend this man enough, his unique approach is 5/5.

Where do I start with this review! There's so much to say about the coaching I received from Lawrence. I have spent years with different PTs, but Lawrence’s offering stands above them all.
Firstly, his diversity of offerings in coaching is something I have not come across before. It’s not just personal training it’s a whole shift in mindset and personal growth. His attention to detail and motivation is awesome and the time he gives to the fine details of making the training plans are something I have not come across before either.

Structured, Supportive, and Motivating—Highly Recommend!
After nearly two years postpartum, I realized I needed more structure and accountability to reach my desired weight and overall fitness level, as my own efforts had been somewhat inconsistent and not very well-planned. I signed up for 1-to-1 coaching with Lawrence in mid-December, and it has been a game-changer! I really appreciate the well-organized workout plans, which offer flexibility with options for both home and gym sessions, as well as the interesting and healthy recipes. What truly stands out though is the focus on adapting one’s mindset towards a long-term vision of one’s “future best self,” which has been incredibly motivating for me. Communication with Lawrence and his team (Judith) is timely and encouraging—I genuinely feel like they are invested in my success.

Lawrence and his team are so welcoming and supportive. I was given plenty of time and attention during my induction and we talked though the main aspects of the plan and how I can benefit from it.
What Lawrence does just works!
Perhaps the most important thing to say about working with Lawrence, is that it really works: if you follow the tailor-made plans Lawrence creates for you, your body, mind and gut will thank you. Better still the improvements you start to see (and you will see changes very quickly) are sustained at a pace and level that feels natural and without any sense of deprivation. Yes, of course you have to eat healthily, but Lawrence’s meal plans are really tasty, really satisfying - you will not go hungry - far from it!
Lawrence is a really responsive Coach and always there with an encouraging voice-note to motivate you. He is always positive - if you’re not a fan of positivity then look elsewhere 😂 ! But his encouragement always seems to come at the right point and he pitches the support and guidance at just the right level for you and it is always specific to your own circumstances. When I was going on holiday and wasn’t able to take weights with me, Lawrence helpfully created a series of holiday workouts using bodyweight and resistance bands.
The ‘before and after’ aesthetics will be evident but you are highly likely to just feel better than before in so many ways. Before using Lawrence I had recurring lower back pain for several years. Within less than a month it had reduced greatly and after approximately 6-8 weeks my lower back pain stopped completely and 5 months or so down the line shows no sign of returning. Since using Lawrence my mental health has really improved due to his focus on getting out into nature, and getting 2k steps before breakfast. The morning walks are something that have been brilliant. It’s been a change of mindset - I now walk so much more often, whether to catch a train or to go to the barbers. With Lawrence’s support you’ll find ways to make changes you can’t believe you hadn’t always done.
I would really recommend Lawrence as a coach - he’s approachable, accommodating and great at what he does. He will make a positive difference to your life. If you deviate from the plans, it’s no problem - such is the simplicity of his plans and how tailor-made they are that you find them very easy to incorporate into your daily/weekly routine and quickly get back on track. Give Lawrence a go - he will bring about positive change that I really hope and believe will be lifelong. There really is nothing to lose.
Highly recommend
I have been working with Lawrence for about 6 months and would absolutely recommend him. His extensive PT experience is evident, but what sets him apart from other great fitness trainers is his holistic approach to health and well being, including a focus on breath work and mindfulness in addition to a comprehensive training and nutrition program. The workouts are varied and keep the training interesting. Above all Lawrence is attentive and responsive and his genuine care and interest for his clients makes the online training still feel very personalized.

I have been working with the big man since January 2024.
I would say I am no stranger to the gym but always struggled with getting the desired improvements to my body that I have always wanted.
Working with Lawrence has been a real game changer, the two main things I really value are:
1 - The food and nutrition advice, who has time to work out macros?! So Lawrence doing it all for me is a god send.
2 - The monthly change up in workouts, this keeps it fresh and interesting while maintaining that challenge.
I have been seeing some great results so far.
I would also say I am a very very busy dad of two young children with a demanding job. Spare time is very limited but the workouts and effort he makes to ensure consistency in my approach is fantastic. Honestly if I can do it with him, so can you!
Lawrence himself is personable, honest, approachable and genuinely interested in your progress. Yes he might be from instagram, yes his positive outlook can be jarring at 6:30 in the morning on the way to the gym in the dark😂. But he’s what you need and it’s a pleasure to call him my personal trainer.

Amazing coach
I found Lawrence on instagram and I'm so happy about it! He has been my on-line coach for a year and it has been a pleasure to work with, he creates tailored workouts and meal plans for me every month and he is attentive to my progress every single week. When I have to travel for work or I've had any health issues, he has adapted my routines accordingly. He is super nice, polite, encouraging and funny. I can totally recommend him.

I’ve been working with Lawrence for about 18 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. He’s such a great guy who genuinely wants his clients to do well and I couldn’t recommend him more! The plans (workout and meals) are tailored to me and have often been tweaked when I needed adjustments or if I wasn’t quite seeing the results that I wanted. I have gained a lot of muscle and strength, as well as some great general wellness tips. Lawrence is always super helpful outside of the regular check ins when I have questions too.
