Bush trimmers need improvement
The lawn service is good,quality,on time service at a reasonable price. No worries there. The Bush trimmers not so much. The job looks like it was done with a pair of cheap scissors that might have filled up 2 garbage bags and for that I paid 100d. The whole yard only cost about 66d. Not happy. The mowers were awesome

Richard from Lawn Rescue 911 did a great job on my lawn. Service was easy to schedule and track on the app. Richard and his crew were quick and professional. He even made a point of telling me that he saw ground bees near my mailbox so that I can be careful and treat them.

Good service good value would highly…
Good service good value would highly recommend they have access to a lot of pros. There were some minor hiccups, but that was easily taken care of, but would highly recommend using LawnStarter for sure besides, it’s only three dollars more than what I paid my Neighbor to do and I get a professionally done by company that’s bonded and insured so it’s well worth it and they offer so many other services The for Lawn mowing with the edging and everything is well with it highly recommend their service and staff is wonderful

I really enjoy LawnStarter
I really enjoy LawnStarter , they were a lifesaver. I became unable to cut my own grass due to health issues and this app was easy to get setup and schedule lawn service. Communication has been great with LawnStarter as well as the the lawn care professionals that they have paired me with. They inform you when your service is scheduled and if there is delay due to weather or being behind schedule, they inform you promptly. I would recommend y’all give them a try.

Lawn pros beware!!
If your a pro using this app I wouldn't even bother. I signed up for this app a few months ago and it's nothing but problems with unfounded complaints from customers, and they do nothing to help the pros. The payouts take weeks and are not even worth the work that you have to do. After the last complaint, I had photo evidence that the customer was lying, and they did nothing. They gave me my measly payout and then sent me a legal letter permanently suspending my account on the unfounded basis that I was soliciting there customers. I never solicited one single customer of there's. All communication was done through there app, and the customers never respond anyway. When I got on the phone with customer service to try and resolve this, as it had to be a mistake, they said they couldn't give me any information and I couldn't reinstate my account or appeal the suspension. The application, the service and the staff are not worth the time and effort in the slightest bit in my honest and professional opinion.

John always does a tremendous job on…
John always does a tremendous job on the lawn and he lets me know what is truly a weed and what is not. He is polite and I have told my neighbors who have also asked him to come and take care of their lawns. They too were very impressed with is work and his politeness. He takes our lawns seriously and for that I am very grateful.
