What made my experience great this time and the first time that I used Lawn Starter with Shaquitta with Pro Lawn is the professionalism that I saw my yard when I arrived home. My back yard looks great as it is bigger and they always make sure that the fence is secured. Today's service was leaf removal in the front yard and 4 leaf bags were neatly left on the curb. I was very pleased.My yard is always mowed neatly and they do show up for my lawn appointment as scheduled. I am always notified 48 hours in advance...

Lawnstarter made finding a lawn care service easy. I relocated to the area for work and wasn't sure who to contact. Lawnstarter was easy to set up and took only a few minutes. They connected me to Cedric and he did an excellent job. The service was fast and fairly priced. Would recommend lawnstarter to anyone looking for an easy answer to lawn care.

Simplifies lawn care
It is super convenient to organize lawn care through the app. I like that I can get notified when the lawn professionals are on their way, and I can message in the app or change the mowing schedule if I need to.

Enjoying our yard!

Don't show up when scheduled
It seems they only hire crack heads as their subcontractors. Not to mention i requested weekly service from them, yet I get lucky to have service once a week as they constantly reschedule and don't show up when they say they are going to. Will not be using them again.

The service was absolutely horrible
The service was absolutely horrible. I just had cancelation after cancelation. My lawn was tall so the first cancelation and reschedule wasn't to bad but why couldn't they just ask me for more money and get it done? After that it was just cancelation and excuses for around 4 weeks. I finally just went out and bought a lawnmower and just mowed it myself and I'm glad I did. This was the most frustrating contractor I have ever had to deal with and I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Louis and Beatrice did a suberb job
Louis and Beatrice did a suberb job. They were both very personable and easy to talk to. My yard has many exposed roots and rocks which I showed Louis before he began his cutting. My yard looks great. They asked how high I wanted the grass and even mowed a test strip to show various heights. They trimed, weed whacked and used and air blower to finish the job.
