Another great experience
This was a great experience for me because I initially the had the appointment set for next week but walked outside and thought to myself my yard needs to be cut. So I immediately got on the app and changed the date to today and the service was provided. Thank you again for the super quick turn around.

I had higher expectations from this app…
I had higher expectations from this app based company. I thought that after explaining on their app what the condition of my newly acquired lawn was, that I would get some recommendations on how to improve it. Instead, I received a hasty and incomplete service. A day after the first cut, I received a message that the bushes didn't get trimmed due to a non working piece of equipment. When the bushes were trimmed, large gapping holes could be seen, whereas before they were just overgrown. Additionally, my gate was left open, even though it was closed when they came to cut the back yard. My pet ran away and fortunately we were able to safely retrieve her.
The second encounter made me upset because I received a message saying that my lawn service was complete at 8:30am, when in fact no one had been there. Only after calling and complaining, did someone arrive at approximately 10:30 am to start the job. I communicated on the app certain instructions and never received a reply back. Why do you give the person (Brennan) a name when the service is so impersonal?
I guess you get what you pay for and I have learned my lesson. I see that I must complete the 3rd service as stated when I contacted the app service, but after that I will be taking my business elsewhere. When looking for a good lawn care service...keep looking! Don't come to them.

I was calling around and trying to get quotes and service as soon as possible but kept getting either a weekly service that starts too far in the future or was ridiculously expensive. I tried out lawn starter and found it was super easy and they got me in THE VERY NEXT DAY! The lawn care professional came out, did a fabulous job, and even gave me recommendations on our sod!! Truly amazing and worth every penny, and then some!
