Jay has been so great to work with, he is fast, thorough and although totally professional, he is also extremely friendly and personable. He lets me know whenever he is maybe running late, and if it is necessary to reschedule, he gets me in as soon as possible.

Kyle is respectful and highly efficient. He gives lawn tips, cleans up afterwards and his good mood is infectious. I am happy with his work and his work ethic.

Very quick very professional

I’ve been using LawnStarter to service two of my properties, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Most recently, the lawn care professional failed to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, leaving me waiting for a service that never happened. To make matters worse, there was no communication about this no-show, which is incredibly frustrating when you expect reliable service.

Communication has been a consistent issue. Five days ago, I asked the professional a question through the LawnStarter app and only received a response this afternoon. Not only was the response delayed, but it also came with an unexpected upcharge for long grass—without any warning or discussion beforehand. I understand that additional fees may apply, but transparency is key, and I should have been informed about any price changes in advance.

I’ve outlined all of these issues in my communications with LawnStarter. The lack of professionalism, from unreliable scheduling to delayed responses and unexpected charges, is unacceptable.

I have three additional properties that need regular lawn care, but given these ongoing issues, I need much more reliability, communication, and professionalism moving forward if I’m to continue using LawnStarter's services. I hope the company will address these concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

My last crew left me hanging. And this crew came out and took care of the job. I will be happy with the trust of this company. Thank you.

They followed important instructions, made my lawn look great, and were fast! Highly recommend.

My yard was a bit of a mess yet LawnStarter got it back into shape in less than an hour. Edging, cutting and clearing the grass of my driveway and sidewalk.

I measure a company by what happens when things go wrong . . . LawnStarter isn’t a landscaper, but a group that makes matches between homeowners and landscapers. The first folks they assigned fell though; but the LS manager quickly found us a fantastic replacement who worked on very short notice.
