Jamal is Awesome! Either LS or Kutz Could Keep to Schedule Better.
Jamal is efficient, respectful, and was willing to work with the weird rock landscaping my front yard came with. The only suggestion I have, and this may be a Kutz thing OR a Lawnstarter thing, is to get a little more consistent with the date/time of service. Granted, this was my second service date, but I have it scheduled on Friday as that's when the dog poo service comes through and cleans the yard - meaning Friday afternoon through about 5pm, both yards are completely clear of dog poo and able to be mowed without worry. My most recent service got bumped to that following Monday, meaning there was 2-1/2 to 3 days worth of poo out back: noone wants to mow through/around that.

Jamal's got a good eye for working with tricky landscaping - glad he handled those rocks well! You make a solid point about the scheduling though. Having it lined up with your dog service on Fridays makes total sense, and nobody wants to deal with a few days' worth of cleanup in the yard. I'll pass this feedback along so we can get better at sticking to your preferred day. Thanks for letting us know what works best for your setup!
LawnStarter - a Godsend.
LawnStarter was super easy to set up which i greatly appreciate. It was a while ago, but these things always frustrate me, and i remember LawnStarter very much didn't. Felt like minutes from downloading the app to knowing when the first service would be.
Our crew, Willie and company, are always punctual, careful, and communicative. Lawn has never looked so sharp and trim. They've been my guys for maybe two years now and i am so grateful to them. Five stars. Ten out of ten. A++++++!!!

Rayshawn did a great job which included even and straight lines on the lawn . The bushes were trimmed in an even manner. Yes, one can stand back and see a well performed lawn and bush trim.

Easy good price
It was a hassle free way to get my lawn mowed at a super fair price. We’re out of town landlords so it’s nice to get the lawn taken care of from an app.

Great experience
Great experience. First time user and the process was better than expected. Jay got the job done and didn’t need me for anything. I recommend him to anyone who needs yard work. Also did a great job with trimming the bushes.
