NIGHTMARE. I’d give 0 stars but that isn’t an…
I’d give 0 stars but that isn’t an option. What a convoluted tech nightmare. In theory the idea seems good but it completely strips the integrity of the profession. I had a “pro” say he came and cut my bushes, close the job AND our convo on the app so I could no longer communicate with him to ask him what is up, what’s going on. Why did you mark the job complete for $205 and not cut a leaf!!! The reps you speak to are like tech reps, maybe even in another country. It’s not like you’re speaking to a person in their office. So they have to check with their “internal offices” bla bla bla. After waiting on hold for them to contact their “internal offices,” the rep comes back - who altho very nice, English is not her first language and she’s obviously not on a team in that traditional sense that a landscaping company would have. So you’re not getting a direct answer, a quick resolution, because they’ve created those layers of administration so they can have the plausible deniability to hide out behind. So she comes back to say the “pro” has 72 hours to submit them photos proving he did the job. I sent a video within 5 minutes to prove he did not. I don’t need 72 hours for them to hold my money. And I don’t want someone who closed our convo to come back to our house thank you very much. Just a NIGHTMARE. Stick to mom and pops bc this is the downside of supposed “convienence” and the dark side of these tech companies trying to centralize things.

I found the right service
My yard had not been done for 5 months not to mention the leaves had fallen off the giant tree in the backyard Kyran showed up and immediately started on the backyard he managed to complete the job in an hour which would of taken anyone else at least 2 hours he was courteous and professional and assured me he could do what it takes to make my yard look groomed and he did in fact leave my yard looking pristine
