Stay very far away
Stay very far away. Won't let you cancel. Horrible app experience. "Pro" didn't show up several times in a row; so, the date the pro was supposed to show kept being pushed out a day at a time. They told me they couldn't cancel my service because it was within the 48-hour window of the "pro" arriving. It would've been within 48 hours in perpetuity... The app has a "cancel" button, but if you're within your first three mows, the app won't allow you to cancel either. The app won't let you cancel quote requests either if no "pro"s are bidding on your job. So you just have to sit there with open requests on your account. When I got upset with the company after three separate interactions trying to get them to cancel my account, they let me know they don't tolerate "that kind of behavior". I let them know that they just found out I don't tolerate a company unethically forcing services on a customer after an already terrible experience. Help me flush this company down the toilet where they belong.
