I was not satisfied with how small the pillows are. When I emailed the company to request a return shipping label, I received no response.

Do not do business with this company. Pillow is flat, flimsy and does nothing for sleep apnea. They do not honor their money back Guarantee and in fact signed me up for reoccurring billing of $70 on paypal!! Company did not respond to communication. Luckily, PayPal reimbursed me!

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam and they will never send anything to you. They are a ripoff company.

The website clearly states all pillows are made to order in the United States, ships within 2-3 days and offers a very simple return policy. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE!
The first tracking number was received from China annd had to go thru customs. Weeks after I ordered I finally received the pillow in a vacuum packed plastic bag which I did not even open.
I started the return process same day it arrived and over 16 emails later still no return label. Each time they want more information and I believe they are stalling to get outside of the 120 return window.
The worst part is in the subject line of my email I include my order number yet I’m told they need that to process my return. Then was asked to verify my email even though they have replied multiple times to my email where they sent my order confirmation. Asking for my card number and why I’m returning it etc. I’ve now disputed this with my bank, hoping to get the $70 back.
Each email they ‘promise to get the return label sent out’ after supplying more information they already have and each email claims another excuse why nothing has happened. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Their website claims they ship from the USA, handcrafted in Brooklyn, but pillow tracking states it’s coming from China. Their website is very misleading and there are a lot of red flags. Their reviews look fake. I tried to get my order cancelled before it was shipped but was unsuccessful. They said I can try it out and send it back if I don’t like it and get my money back. I’m not holding my breath that I will actually receive the pillow. If for some reason the pillow comes and it’s unbelievable and lives up to their reviews I will update my review and eat my words, but I feel like I got scammed.
Even the last reviewer on here has 3 reviews, and each one is reviewing a different pillow in the past two months. I feel like this is really a big scam.
UPDATE: I finally received a package drop shipped from China with a different address that’s on the website. It was not on a box like the website shows it was in a black bag. I never even opened it because I feel like this is such a scam. The return address was in Jamaica Plains, not Brooklyn. I’ve sent no less than 30 emails to try to get a prepaid label, which they promised on their website, and they keep telling me that they’re trying to send me one but they have not. They told me I can return it by shipping it to the return address on the package, but I don’t trust it. I finally disputed with my credit card company.
And by the way there’s absolutely no way to leave a review on their website.
