I paid $143 for a “rhinestone” silver bracelet. One would think that would buy you sterling silver. Nope, it tarnished within a month. I wrote to complain and they sent me a link to “exchange” for stainless steel, unbelievable. However, I contacted them four more times to at least get some type of bracelet and they have ignored every single one of my messages, including the one where I said I’d smear their name, so here goes….

The quality of the bracelet I purchased was inferior. I expected metal and received over priced plastic. The sizing was poor. Lauren’s Hope did not follow their own policy of adding length. The ID plate was of a nice quality. The bracelet was not. I would not recommend purchasing the bracelet portion from LH.

Well, I got my first bracelet, and the engraving was super shallow and WRONG. I messaged, explaining that I was only able to get this bc of a health spending card, im broke. They said the best they could do was give 30% off (which is already on the website)...maybe thought it was my fault, I got another one.... the SECOND ENGRAVING WAS WRONG. Not only that, ive only had it for a few months and its already brown and tarnished, looks incredibly cheap for being almost $200... The fact they dont do anything refunds/returns kind of shows they know its not worth it...

I purchased a gold bracelet to go with my gold ID tag. The gold bracelet does match the gold of the tag and with a week or two the black on the bracelet started to come off. Now after about 5 weeks of wear, the gold on the bracelet is gone and the black pieces are copper. I posted a 1 star review on the website with pictures when the black first started coming off and pointing out the bracelet wasn't very gold and the review was never posted.

I bought 3 gold-tone bracelets from Lauren’s Hope in 2024. After 6 weeks of wear, the gold-tone began coming off. The bracelets now look awful and cheap and I have to buy ones. When you pay $45 for a bracelet, you expect it to last longer than 6 weeks. Lauren’s Hope offers only a 30 day warranty, which makes me believe they are aware that their products are subpar.

There are so many to choose from even in the
stretch bracelets. They are beautiful.

When I've called the customer service line, I have never had to wait, which is great to me and rare nowadays. And they are very nice. They are patient with me.

This is my third bracelet. They last quite awhile.
I am totally satisfied!

What a joke! Why wear a medical bracelet? To alert people of a medical condition . But if the bracelet comes with a warning, "due to the nature of this style of bracelet it is not recommended for water wear( pool hot tube, shower, ocean) or 24/7 wear."
Why wasn't this notification post during the purchase process for this particular piece of jewelry?
So when can you wear it, where can you wear it and for how long?
Sounds like it's cheap Chinese junk and will turn your skin colors and the bracelet will turn as well! Too much money for a cheap piece! Amazon would have been a better choice!

The bracelet is very pretty & fits well. The only issue I noticed was the bracelet tarnished & turned my skin green. They need to make .925 sterling silver options to help avoid this.

My medical ID stretch bracelet is simply gorgeous. Well made, fits perfectly. Also came really fast. Will definitely purchase more to go with other outfits in the future.

Can't get this bracelet on. Lovely bracelet but try to manipulate that clasp with arthritis in your hand. AWFUL. Had to leave the house without it. The clasp toggle is too short and because the plate is not curved it is an absolute struggle. Will find another bracelet that is arthritis user friendly.

I dealt with Michael helping me return an ID bracelet (I ordered too big and misspelled a diagnosis). He walked me through the process of a new bracelet with return envelope, provided me with GREAT discounts and didn't make me feel bad for MY errors. What an awesome asset the company.
