Great customer service and fast shipping.....my necklace is beautiful

I placed my order back in November and waited almost a whole month for someone who is in town to get me my package. I made sure to do 2-5 shipping so that I could have my products quickly

The products made by Lauren Kenzie are of the highest quality. My skin is sensitive to cheaply made jewelry and LK is not cheaply made. Her jewelry is one of a kind that will last years to come. I will definitely continue supporting this small business. I am excited about my wish list moving forward!

I purchased a permanent bracelet from them, and it broke the next day! I went in to return it and wasn’t able to. The girl was very nice and put it back on me only for it to happen again two days later. I was extremely careful with it, but it’s supposed to stay on. Don’t call it permanent jewelry if it only lasts 24 hours. All of their stuff is very pretty, but I won’t be purchasing anything again.

The girl who did my permanent bracelet was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. It got very busy and she was the only there but she managed it all beautifully. Can’t remember her name but she looks like Zendaya. 🙂

Sales person was excellent, but the necklace broke the day after purchase on 6/16, but we submitted a replacement request and paid for the return shipping label. 7/10 now and no shipping label. No response from company to a follow up email.

My wife ordered a new necklace because she gave up on the return, and inam out $13 on shipping in addition to the cost of the first necklace.

Placed order on 5/20/2023. Didn’t get tracking till 5/31. Their site states 2-3 days. Kept checking tracking and it would never update. Reached out to them via Instagram bc no one would get back to my email. Someone apologized and said my item JUST SHIPPED out of the warehouse. So I am not sure where my item even was or what happened

Very quick and efficient. I’m really big on gold jewelry pieces and they had so much to offer.

Filed a warranty claim and paid $13 for a prepaid emailed shipping label on April 18th and still have not received the prepaid emailed shipping label on April 30th.

I love Lauren Kenzie jewelry and i have tons of it. Never had a problem until I sent this necklace in. I could not wait to wear it again but the chain is way short- not the length is was originally. I cant even wear it.

Stopped in and got a permanent bracelet. Lydia was very patient with me and made sure I loved it.

I order was shipped in a timely manner which I was vry happy about that. The 2 pieces I order are exactly what the pic showed. So far they are still looking good & no tarnishing
