Laters.com Amazing customer service

Laters.com is so easy to work with and super caring for their customers. I accidentally booked the wrong return flight and they fixed it with no hassle. Great company and will now be my go to for booking flights!!!

Very bad service,about name corruption

I booked a Biman Bangladesh Airlines ticket through Laters.com (formerly Fly Fairly). There was a small spelling difference between my passport and ticket name: my passport says “Mohammad Elias Miah”, while the ticket says “Mohammed Elias Miah.”
I contacted customer service to ask for help correcting or confirming the name, but they simply told me that they could not change it. I understand that airline rules may limit name corrections, but I expected much better assistance from the booking company, especially for a genuine spelling/transliteration issue.
The most disappointing part was the lack of a clear solution or proper guidance about whether I would be allowed to travel.
I hope Laters/Fly Fairly improves its customer support and takes more responsibility when customers face problems with airline bookings.
Very disappointed with the service and support.

We're sorry to hear about this experience.

For context on how we operate: bookings are issued automatically and the ticket is created exactly as the passenger details are entered at the time of booking. We aggregate fares across more than 650 airlines, and once a ticket has been issued, any change to it, including a name correction, can only be authorised and actioned by the airline itself. We are not able to compel a carrier to make a change, and we would never want to promise an outcome that isn't ours to give.

We have not been able to match this review to any booking on our records, and we've asked for a few details through Trustpilot so we can look into it properly. We haven't heard back yet, and that offer stands. If you send us a booking reference we will go back to the airline and try again on your behalf.
