Im an Electrician and these lights are terrible.

I installed 8x ip65 (waterproof) wall lights and all of the failed with in 7 month due to water getting into them.

I have contacted the company and they refuse to give me replacements or a refund as they only offer 6 MONTH Warranty.

This is not acceptable.

The only reply I get from the company is a 10% discount when I purchase an order over £2000.

Any electricians or customers
Do NOT purchase as they are not fit for purpose and you will not receive a refund.

I would give less if possible. Bought two out door lights - one works the other blew the fuses in our home. Electrician who had done all our work looked and said it was the light - contacted them in January. Refused to replace and said they would send a part. Since then nothing so we £300 down and have to purchase new lights. In my view that’s criminal.

Not a UK company, no UK office - returns will have to be sent to China. My light fittings were of extremely poor quality, materials didn't look like on the website. One light was broken.
I had to photograph myself throwing the items away and eventually got my money back but my advice is to stay clear.

Werben mit erstklassiger Qualität und Service. Beides nicht vorhanden. Bei der Leuchte ist nach einem Jahr die LED durchgebrannt! Kein Ersatz und kein guter Service. Gleiche Leuchte gab es Aliexpress für weniger als die Hälfe des Verkaufspreises.

I purchased lights from this company believing they were UK-based. After two weeks with no delivery, I checked the tracking and saw the items were actually being shipped from China. When I contacted them, I was given constant excuses and no real answers.

Six weeks later a parcel finally arrived, but instead of the lights I ordered, it contained two large metal frames that had nothing to do with my purchase. They blamed the courier and claimed they would send a replacement, which I refused and instead requested a refund.

What followed was endless back-and-forth emails offering discounts, partial refunds, and anything except returning my money. I opened a dispute with my payment provider and—based on the company’s own communications—was eventually refunded. Before that, the company tried to get me to close the claim by promising a refund, but if you do that, they will only give a partial refund and your payment provider can no longer help you.

Lesson learned: always check reviews first. Avoid this company.

Website looks as though they offer premium and unique lighting pieces. Don’t be fooled by their slick website which gives an impression they are chosen by interior designers alike. They are based in Hong Kong, with no base in the UK. Products are shipped from there and the quality will somewhat reflect a product made in the region. Before ordering you get the impression they are handmade to order in Spain. Customer service is an email/chat bot who promise delivery but nothing comes from it. Raise a dispute with your credit card or payment provider and order elsewhere.

Worst worst quality. Chinese dropship and they don’t accept returns, only if you pay 10% + shipping. Crazy. Do not buy this crap 🤣

EDIT: Now refunded but still not recommended. Extremely disappointed with this supplier. The chandelier I purchased arrived with serious quality issues — uneven screws, protruding metal bars, and poor packaging. Despite providing clear photos and evidence, the company is refusing to classify these as defects and is only offering a partial refund.

Attempting to redefine what constitutes a fault to protect themselves is unacceptable and goes against UK Trading Standards consumer protection guidelines. This is not just misleading, it is a clear breach of the expectation to provide goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

I am escalating this matter and will add to this review and pursue further action (Trading Standards, online dispute channels, or legal remedies) if a full refund or replacement is not provided promptly.

For the money you spend on such fittings you would expect quality however Lassola is anything but, i’ve fitted thousands lights in my years and this company has to be the world biggest producer of extremely low quality lighting, Not only are they over priced but they also come broken and scratched. Avoid this company and its lighting at all costs, from a Qualified Electrician.

So disappointed! Ordered two pendant lights for my new kitchen. One delivery just went missing and the replacement arrived with everything smashed. It is now proving less than easy to get my money back. Avoid!!

My order disappeared- my contractor has to try and get the money back from the credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received the wrong item and they are asking me to pay UPS to return it rather than send me a prepaid label. The cost of returning the very large box as much as the cost of the item. I may just sell the item and get what I want somewhere else.

Just had my bubble chandelier installed today and I couldn’t be happier. Personally I have had a great experience from start to finish and so so happy I took the chance after seeing the negative reviews. I will defo order the larger chandelier now. 😃

I have been continuously fobbed off by this company. Still haven’t received the items. They told me the items have been shipped and then they have been lost. Stupidly I paid for loss or damages! Still nothing! Please don’t waste your money here. It’s worth using a reputable company for that piece of mind.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ordered a light fitting which looked nothing like the photos online. Tried to return and they gave me the run around, threatened, tried to screw me over. Product is from China so they are desperate for you to keep them. You have been warned.

We wanted a particular design and colour of a pendent light for our brand new kitchen island in new extension area. We searched online, and only Lassola does the colour in that design, so we ordered it; I then ordered a hallway ceiling light from them in the same order.
The hallway ceiling light took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, I was shocked how cheaply it is made ( there is no instruction manual), judging by the fact, it costs £100!
It took 4 weeks for the Pendent light to arrive, the quality of it seems fine by looking at it, not yet installed, so does not know about its quality, it comes with a remote looks very cheaply made, the pendant light costs £200.

They do not provide any tracking info when product is shipped, unless you ask for it, then we realised that the lights are shipped directly from mainland China, but it was too late to cancel the order.

These lights would cost 1/10 to buy in China, would not order from this site again, you will find much better quality lights from John Lewis with less price!

Do NOT buy anything from this awful company.

I bought 3 outside wall lights and so far 2 have failed. One let water in and the other just melted. So far these lights have cost me over £300 in additional electrician visits, plus the additional cost of replacing all 3 lights. And don't expect any serious response from 'customer service'.

The first light broke after 2 months and the second broke after 6 months. Considering most of the reviews about Las Sola are from the last few months I am pretty confident they will soon be experiencing failure very soon.

I was a bit concerned buying from Las Sola due to large amount of negative feedback on here. I have ordered a wall light with alabaster stone. The shipping time was accurate ( tracking from China provided every step of the journey) and the wall light is exactly as described on the website exceeding out expectations. Would definitely buy again.
