I have thoroughly enjoyed my training experience with Lash Perfect! I booked their Classic remote course last year which helped me focus on something positive during lockdown! This year I came back to complete Russian training! Their remote training programme is excellent - easy to follow and the support from the team at their head office was brilliant! Love all the products in the kit - you get so much!

Everything was so straight forward and my trainer was brilliant :)
Have been using the lash extension products for ages and the quality is amazing! I did my training with them, and recently did an online course for Hybrid lashes and it was excellent. The videos are super clear to follow and made it easy to learn. Highly recommend!
Also, just started using the new growth serum and it's FAB! Am selling it to customers left right and centre.

Do not train with this company. I gave 48 hours notice about re scheduling an appointment and they've charged me £50! Even though Ive paid £500 for the course. Utterly ridiculous
DO NOT TRAIN HERE ! I really wouldn’t recommend lash perfect if you are just starting out on your lash journey! I booked and paid for classic and Russian training back in 2019, however due to covid this was cancelled - I asked to be advised as soon as they were back up and running so I could complete my training, I heard nothing despite chasing a few times! Finally I got booked on, classroom training (despite lashperfect pushing for me to do zoom training) for classic lashes. Following the training I was really disappointed, I wasn’t told and hints or tips & what I learnt on the day was stuff I could’ve just found online and taught myself ! I expressed my concerns, however these were just brushed off and I was advised my Russian training would be with the training manager so I could ask any questions needed, I had already paid for my Russian course therefore I decided to go ahead (I wasn’t prepared to loose the money paid) with the zoom training, I was utterly shocked when this only lasted 1 hour, no live model training, no hints or tips.. just 1 hour of going through the technique videos they had sent me weeks prior - again, this stuff is online/YouTube. Considering I had paid the same amount for the 10am-3pm classroom course, I was furious ! I raised a complaint and advised how unhappy I was and how unconfident I felt - I had no response to this from the training manager who just ignored my emails & the general manager was extremely rude, advising ‘they do not give refunds & that’s just how it is’. I fought back and forth for weeks to be finally offered £96 out of the total £800 I had paid for both courses!!!! I was offered further training however all faith had been lost and after being spoken to so rudely, I really didn’t want to cross these people again! I would hate for anyone to have to go through this, especially those new to the industry, it completely knocked my confidence & I have had to pay for my training again elsewhere !
I recently completed my remote training for Brow Lamination and the whole process was smooth running, the team put me at ease and made me feel confident throughout. I can't wait to start offering my services, thanks Lash Perfect : )
Excellent remote online training. My trainer was really helpful and gave me full support through the whole process. My kit had a good range of products and the lashes were of such high quality.
