I had cataracts removed from both eyes (separately) by Rakesh Jayaswal at Laservision. This could have been a stressful experience. However, I felt comfortable and secure throughout the experience because of Rakesh and his team's professional and friendly approach. The outcome of the surgery was excellent. Many thanks to Rakesh, Vicky, Kayleigh and Jessica.

Mr Jayaswal is always very attentive and takes the time to listen.He never rushes the appointment and gives me the opportunity to discuss things with him.
He is a very caring person and I would not consider going to anyone other than him.

Just had my last check up following lens replacement surgery for reading, it has been the best thing I have ever done! 3 years on and my sight is as good as ever. Rakesh is highly skilled and put me completely at ease, before, during and after the surgery. Follow up check ups are thorough, I have felt completely looked after throughout my treatment period. I recommend wholeheartedly.

The Surgeon Rackesh was just 1st class..He's s true Gentleman and a master of his craft ... I had a cataract removed and had NO pain or problems what so ever...recommended for sure.

I recently had laser eye surgery at Laser Vision in the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and the whole experience was excellent. Mr Brahma and his team including Elise and Vikki on reception were extremely professional and caring.

I was under no pressure during the consultation and they gave me an honest and straightforward assessment of my options. I booked in for surgery a few weeks later and went from -4 in both eyes to better than 20/20 vision. I received all the information I needed throughout the process and the aftercare was very thorough. I was discharged last week and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The drastic improvement in my eyesight is helping me to regain hope as an individual. From going from limited eyesight to what they had offered is truly amazing. What they have done for me, in giving me 6/4 vision from extremely limited eyesight is incredible. It feels super-human! All the information I needed was provided, Mr Tappin was approachable and kind. My eyesight is exactly as I was hoping it would be with no complications. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

Mr Tapping is genuinely pleasant with an excellent manner. I was slightly nervous about the procedure and he answered my questions patiently and in sufficient detail to both reassure and inform me. His colleague the opthalmologist was quite simply one of the nicest people I've ever met and she too showed both an excellent grasp of her job but also a very human touch within an otherwise very clinical environment.

I was extremely pleased with the medical care and expertise demonstrated by Mr Tappin and his team. I felt very confident in their abilities. The only reason that I have not given a 5 star rating is that I was a little disappointed with the Carebit platform as I had trouble accessing and couldn’t always get the documentation I wanted requiring me to phone Laservision to get it.

Calm, efficient and charming.

My experience is, I trusted the surgeon with my life, my eyes we’re a huge problem as the opening for the cateract’s to be removed was exceptionally tiny, I needed GA, the end product was amazing my eyes were blended I am not wearing glasses now, I can read small print and my distance is also good.

I was nervous about having cataract surgery on both my eyes, but from the first consultation, Mike Tappin and the Laser Vision team in Woking made me feel at ease and in good hands. They provided clear information and answered all my questions, and were professional and caring through out. I was seen on time for all my appointments and they talked me through the procedure as it was happening, so I was fully aware of what to expect, with no surprises. The follow up care was thorough and I've been very happy with the results of the surgery. I want to thank Mike Tappin and Geeta P for looking after me and for their professionalism. I would definitely recommend Laser Vision at Nuffield Health Woking. (Also the ample free parking was appreciated.)

Communication was excellent, comprehensive, detailed and prompt. Any of my questions were answered immediately.
I underwent diagnosis, required surgery and treatment in an atmosphere that was calming, reassuring and timely. The outcome was as predicted and I was very pleased with Laservision’s proactive telephone follow ups to check all was well.

Not only is Rakesh a very nice man, he is a master of his craft and has demonstrated a keen desire to ensure I am truly happy with my new eyes. Sometimes things dont go precisely to plan and it is at times like this some might create reasons to run away. Not Rakesh or anyone on the Laser Vision team. They are incredibly dedicated to customer service and my well being, ultimately ensuring that one of my most important senses, will be vastly improved from it's former blurred state and enable me to live a full colorful life, for the rest of my life.

Reasonable wait time with good facilities. Great consultation - Mr Jayaswal was aware of my patient history and put me at ease offering me a good range of treatment choices and dates. I have already recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues.
