I recently completed my 4th laser hair removal session, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the therapist who treated me. She was extremely professional, attentive, and dedicated throughout the entire appointment.

She carefully covered all areas of my arm without rushing and made sure every section was treated properly. I truly appreciated the time and effort she put into the session. Her attention to detail, patience, and commitment to delivering quality service really stood out.

I felt completely comfortable and confident in her work. She did an absolutely amazing job — 100% client satisfaction from my side. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients’ results and experience.

I would definitely love to have my next session with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional and thorough treatment.

Have used them a few times now and I’ve been really pleased. Very friendly, efficient and good value. Easy to get an appointment. They do need to be more flexible with their confirmation methods as not everyone carries a mobile phone- I’d be happy to confirm with email but it’s not an option.

So disappointing the level of professionalism with customer service and their attitude towards good customers who do the right thing. Cancelled day prior for my daughter who had vomiting virus. They asked her to come in that afternoon and she wouldn’t loose her money. She was too sick and would have been contagious to staff and other customers. They said it’s policy. I akednfirbhead office number they said don’t have one we can’t even contact them. Although they claim head office won’t let them reschedule appointments 24 hours prior. So you loose the money. This was a gift to my daughter for Xmas nd they don’t care at all. Could have repeat business but lost. Have reported to ACCC and ombudsman. I suggest others do the same as if you do your research you’ll find other reviews such as this. Rude. Non responsive and take my money with nil service provided. Crazy. When I said would you like my daughter to come in with a bucket she said it’s our policy we cat treat her to my reply than please reschedule and then the same soeel no we can’t reschedule she will forfeit entire prepaid voucher. WARNING ‼️

I have been going to Laser Clinics Cranbourne for the last three years now. I love the microdermabrasion and LED therapy light. The staff are very friendly very efficient and very caring. Shout out Josephine today for taking care of me. She's one of my favourite therapists. She's very professional. She knows what she's doing. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received today at Laser Clinics Australia, Parramatta Westfield branch (Westfield Parramatta nsw) .

I have been a loyal and honest customer for over 10 years, and this is not my first visit to this clinic. However, during my appointment today, I was attended by a staff member named Kate. This is also not my first experience with her, and unfortunately, I have consistently found her manner to be somewhat rude and unwelcoming. I felt as though I was being treated as if I were receiving the service for free rather than as a long-standing paying client.

In addition, I did not feel that the service was carried out with the level of care and professionalism expected. While I understand that everyone has their own personality and communication style, when on duty, staff members have a responsibility to demonstrate professionalism and duty of care toward clients. Customer experience directly reflects the reputation of Laser Clinics Australia, and I believe this matter deserves attention.

I value the services your clinic provides and hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future customer experiences.

I've been going to LC at Greenhills a few years now. Girls are lovely. Nothing is a problem and they really are helpful. Shout out to Sarah for her care and Lily, for her care. I look forward to seeing any of the girls because you know that you're going to be looked after.

Came in today for a chemical peel, led and laser. I accidentally got my days mixed up but Stef the manager at neutral bay was so accommodating and fit me in so I really appreciated that. Also shoutout to Grace, 2IC. She did my treatments and was so meticulous and thoughtful. With my peel, she really took the time to explain the treatment, how it would react with my skin as I have sensitive skin. She also went the extra mile to say if I had any reaction to come in through the week and let her know. Thanks girls!
