I’ve been attending Laser Clinics Australia Castle Hill since August 2025, and the experience has been consistently excellent.

The team are always friendly, professional, and clearly well trained. They take the time to explain treatments and offer advice without hesitation, which builds a lot of trust.

What stood out most is how comfortable they make you feel, even in situations that could otherwise be quite daunting. The staff are respectful, reassuring, and completely non-judgmental.

Highly recommend for anyone considering treatment—especially if you’re feeling unsure or stepping into this space for the first time.

Nurse. Ali (Cairns Laser Clinic) answered all my questions I had regarding Botox in my masseters, she was super helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time getting any injectables and made me feel very safe and comfortable and trusted her with what she was doing. Will definitely be booking her again for my future appointments! Definitely recommend!

Today was my third visit, and I am beyond disappointed with the front desk staff. I arrived 5 minutes late due to mall traffic and had already called ahead to inform them. Upon arrival, I was told I had to wait 20 minutes because I missed "half of my appointment time."

What’s frustrating is the blatant double standard: every time I arrived on time for previous sessions, I was still made to wait, yet I never complained. When I pointed this out, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. She gave me an ultimatum: "Either wait 20 minutes or leave the clinic now."

When I requested a refund for my remaining sessions since they were refusing to see me, she simply refused and kept repeating her ultimatum. If your scheduling is so "precise" that 5 minutes ruins it, why am I forced to wait when I'm on time? Terrible communication and zero customer service skills.

Thanks Nicola for a satisfying needling session. You know how to get the best out of the treatment. I can feel the difference on my face and love the results. Thanks again for your care and attention

Wanted to say thank you for my two-week review appointment. The nurse practitioner was lovely, understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve, and the whole process felt seamless. I really appreciated the care and attention.

I had an excellent laser treatment at LCA Woden! I booked in for a lip and chin laser treatment, (I have fair skin and dark hair, it's the bane of my life!) and it had been some months since my previous treatment. The therapist was lovely, took the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely thorough with the application of the laser. The results have been fantastic and I'm extremely happy with it.

Fountain Gate Laser Clinics are truly amazing . The staff are friendly, courteous and they have so much experience and knowledge . I have had laser, skins treatments and inject at this store and they go above and beyond with the care they provide . My results are incredible My latest appointment was inject with Jenny . Going through the process with Jenny from start to finish was wonderful
i felt assured and safe during the process and Jenny takes so much care in discussing exactly what i needed and what results i was looking for . I had a LED Yellow treatment to treat my rosacea today and Bella treated me at the Malvern clinic. Bella was very friendly, helpful and provided me with a few skin care tips. The appointment ran on time and was very pleasant.

I had such an amazing experience at LCA Indooroopilly. From the moment I walked in, the team made me comfortable. A special thank you to Kaitlyn , who was incredibly kind, professional and so helpful throughout my visit.

I’m sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision.
I spent approximately $1,200 on Botox and filler at this clinic. I followed the aftercare instructions and waited the recommended time for the treatment to settle. Unfortunately, the results were very minimal and not what I expected for the amount paid.
I returned to the clinic for a review appointment hoping the issue could be addressed. During the review I was told that if I wanted the result improved I would need to pay an additional $530 for more product.
After already spending $1,200, I wasn’t comfortable paying more, so I decided to try another clinic. I later paid $400 elsewhere and experienced noticeably better results.
Based on my experience, the overall value and outcome did not meet my expectations. I would encourage others to do their research and compare clinics before committing to treatment.

The staff member who I had today provided one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. She asked relevant questions to ensure she understood any pain points and what I wanted to achieve. She was professional and courteous and a great advocate for the brand!
