Do not purchase pre paid treatments from this business. You will run the risk of loosing your money. Terms and conditons of purchase were not disclosed on purchase and only when I returned to redeem I have been told that it has expired. This was purchased just prior to a world wide pandemic. There was no empathy or willingness from staff or the owner to help in any way and I was told that the $1000+ I had pre paid with them is lost and they cannot do anything.

I have had the Clinic try to reschedule my booking trying to cram other clients in and not honor my booking multiple times.
I have been called and badgered and it is annoying. I travel more than 30 minutes to my appointment because it was a gift and after trying to explain my circumstances and that I couldn't schedule another time I was called another 2 times by two other employees to try and get me to change my booking.
Or the alternative was to wait for an hour which seemed unreasonable since I had booked it 6 weeks in advance and their excuse was that they didn't realize the room wasn't available 6 weeks ago.
I would never recommend them to anyone or ever go there again. I have not had a good experience there. They treat you like a number. They are not friendly, very stuck up, unprofessional, and all about the money. The only reason I went there was because it was a gift I still have $80 worth of my voucher left but I am more than happy to never go back there again and not even use what's left on the voucher that is how much of a bad experience I have had there every time.
