Rushed and Unprofessional Treatment
This was my second visit using a prepaid package, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
During my first session, the staff member marked my legs with a highlighter pen before the laser treatment. After the session finished, the markings were only roughly wiped off, and I was left without any proper explanation or aftercare guidance. There was little to no explanation throughout the entire process.
Out of all the laser treatments I have had in the past, this was by far the most rushed and careless one. The treatment ended very quickly, and the staff member appeared to work in a very inattentive and rushed manner. At the very least, I expected basic courtesy and clear communication, which were lacking.
I still have two sessions remaining in my package, but after this experience, I honestly do not feel comfortable returning.
