Dishonest practices
I have been a client for years without any issues. However, my clinic in Hurstville, NSW recently closed down, and despite having prepaid for my laser session, Laser Clinics refuses to refund my money. Initially, they claimed the closed clinic was a franchise, making a refund uncertain. Despite multiple attempts to schedule appointments at another location, they stopped responding to my emails. When I requested a refund, they began ignoring all my emails. It's disappointing to see such dishonest practices from this company.
