Terrible hygiene at the Brent Cross Shopping centre branch. Unclean equipment and treatment rooms

Waste of time consultation. Filled out the online forms about two weeks prior to my consultation, ticked relevant boxes to disclose any skin conditions. I travelled in for the appointment to be told because of my skin condition they cannot treat me. What’s the point in the consultation form?
Didn’t gain much confidence that they knew much about Vitiligo or how the laser can affect it. Salon seemed more dated and dirty than expected from the outside.

Was seen by Caili today at the Silverburn shop, to get my laser treatment done She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Always look forward to going in.

Leeds clinic , Laura is just amazing, so friendly and warm person she make me feel so comfortable in my session, always smiling and providing best customer service also she always update me with the offers and treatment for the future.
Also Lauren the manager is so nice and sweet.

I saw Manpreet for my treatment. I found her to be warm, welcoming, professional but most of all, she put me completely at ease! Manpreet answered all my questions and concerns and encouraged me to ask anything I wanted.

Incredible service quality at Camden branch, i was quite late for my appointment but I did notify them in advance ,the person over the was very kind and understanding as there was severe delays on Northern line. He managed to squeeze me in and even added an extra quick add on treatment. The therapist was really accommodating and perfectionist. Thank you again guys 💕.

My appointment was today (15.08.26) and my appointment that I booked was for 17:50 the manager of Camden called and asked if I can come 5 mins early and I agreed. I arrived approximately at 17:42 and signed all my papers. As I signed I asked if I could have an add on for laser to be done on half of my face and she refused and said I have to leave at 6pm. I then asked for just upper lip which will take less then 2 mins which will give her and her staff time to leave and she said no. I finished my session at 17:52 and it was still refused. They rushed my session when this slot time was available online. I’m honestly upset at the service.

Zana was very friendly and informative of the treatment. Made me feel very comfortable.

I’ve been going to this laser clinic for 9 months now, and today was my most painful treatment, however Mara made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire session. We had a great chat and clicked instantly, showing her passion and care for her both work and her clients during their appointments. She also offered a quiet session in the beginning, so she really caters the session to your own preferences which I think is lovely. I really appreciate the service here and would definitely recommend!

I had the best session today with Fatima who was very nice and gentle and knew what she was doing. I had a full body laser session and it was one of the best I had at laser clinic. Really recommend her for doing laser

Fantastic company I would recommend anyone wanting laser hair removal to book this company, the staff are great, they make you feel at ease from day one and no matter what you have done they are always professional, I had male Brazilian and it was done all very professional and they make you feel at ease the moment they step in the room.

I was one of your earliest clients at the Manchester clinic. I completed well over 13 sessions and was repeatedly told each session would deliver around 10% hair reduction so after ten sessions that should have been over 100% reduction. Despite spending over £2000 and following your plan, I still haven't seen the promised improvements. Some areas are actually worse now, with new hair growth appearing where I had none before. This side effect was never mentioned or warned about at any point. When I raised a complaint, my concerns were dismissed rather than properly investigated. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and match what was described this clearly wasn't the case. I'm sharing this publicly because I don't want other people to waste thousands of pounds and end up in the same situation. I strongly advise choosing a different clinic.

Viktoria from the Guildford clinic is always so incredible. Attentive and takes her time to get every hair. She explains how the laser treatment works and how many sessions each area will need. I’ve been coming to Guildford since the start of the year and always book with Viktoria for her expertise!

I called Laser Clinic Wimbledon around 40 minutes before my appointment as I was running ahead of schedule and wanted to check if they could see me earlier. They kindly said that I could come in, which I really appreciated.

This was actually my 12th time having a treatment at this clinic, so I’m a regular customer and have generally been comfortable coming here. Unfortunately, today’s experience was quite disappointing.

When I arrived, the lady checked me in, completed my form and then carried out my Hollywood laser treatment. During the treatment, I found the heat quite intense and uncomfortable. I mentioned this and asked if the air pressure could be increased to help with the warmth, and I also asked if she could slow down slightly.

However, I didn’t feel that my concerns were really being addressed. She repeatedly asked if I was stressed, even though I explained that I wasn’t. She also asked whether I was always this sensitive or if it was just today. I found these comments uncomfortable, especially as I was simply trying to explain that the treatment felt quite hot and that I needed it to be adjusted.

I also didn’t really appreciate her attitude towards me during the treatment. I felt like the focus was more on getting the treatment finished rather than making sure I was comfortable and properly looked after.

As this was my 12th visit to the clinic, I was particularly disappointed with the experience and the way I was made to feel today. I appreciated them accommodating me earlier than my appointment time, but unfortunately, the treatment itself left me feeling that I wasn’t given the level of care, reassurance and attentiveness I would normally expect from a clinic I’ve returned to so many times.

I went to my scheduled appointment at UK Laser Clinic Bluewater, which I had prepaid for and booked in advance, only to be turned away when I arrived. Despite showing my booking confirmation clearly stating that I had booked the Bluewater location, staff refused to treat me because their system showed Bromley. I was then told the only way they could see me was if I paid for the treatment again, with the promise of a refund later. I found the whole experience extremely frustrating, upsetting and unprofessional. I would not recommend UK Laser Clinic based on how this was handled. Currently waiting for my refund. 5 working days later and still no refund as promised.
