My experience with Laser Clinics UK has been absolutely awful. I had been a customer for over a year and spent a significant amount of money with them, yet I was treated like the complete opposite of a valued customer.

I was in hospital having surgery and because of that I was physically unable to attend some appointments. I explained the situation and asked for the sessions to be rescheduled, which I felt was completely reasonable. Instead, I felt shut down and as though my money was being held hostage.

I had already paid for sessions that I had not even received, yet I was not given a cash refund for those unused treatments. I was not asking for anything for free. I was asking for my own money back for treatments that never took place.

Even worse, following treatment with their laser equipment, I experienced blistering, swelling and a rash on my skin. That was bad enough on its own, but the way the situation was handled afterwards made the experience even worse. I did not feel supported or taken seriously.

I also emailed the manager of the specific clinic directly in an attempt to resolve everything properly. In my experience, her response was horrendous, rude and completely lacking in the level of professionalism I would expect from someone managing a clinic. Instead of helping to resolve the situation, the communication only made me feel even more dismissed.

When I later attended the clinic in person, the attitude I received was no better. The customer service I experienced was rude, dismissive and unpleasant. After being a regular customer for more than a year, I genuinely could not believe how I was being treated.

The combination of the skin reaction, the refusal to refund unused sessions, the way my medical circumstances were handled and the attitude from management left me seriously questioning the standards and oversight at this clinic.

I eventually moved to Thérapie Clinic and, in my personal experience, they are considerably better. The staff have been much more professional, welcoming and respectful, and the overall experience has been far more reassuring. I wish I had moved sooner.

I believe Laser Clinics UK still owes me a substantial amount for unused sessions. I have considered taking the matter further legally, but I simply have not had the time or energy to deal with the additional stress.

After everything I experienced, I would never return. If you are considering paying upfront for a large package, I would strongly recommend thinking very carefully about what happens if you become unwell, need surgery, suffer a reaction or need to recover money for treatments you have never received.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff member who carried out my laser treatment today. She was incredibly welcoming, approachable and lovely throughout. She explained what she was doing and regularly checked that I was comfortable. I particularly appreciated how considerate she was with the laser settings—when I experienced some stinging or discomfort, she adjusted the setting straight away to make the treatment more comfortable.

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I would particularly recommend her and would be very happy to have my future treatments with her.

My overall rating is based on my experience with the clinic over several visits, but I wanted to specifically recognise the member of staff who looked after me today. She was excellent.

Amazing service received by Simone at the White City branch. From front of house welcoming, through to my treatment and follow up actions. She really made me feel like I was in good, professional hands and gave me some great advice. Best service I’ve had in a very long while! Thank you Simone!

I’ve been having laser at the Guildford clinic for almost 2 years. In the last 8 months I have usually seen Birgul or Veronika. They’ve both been fantastic and definitely the best laser therapists I’ve had. They’re both thorough, friendly and knowledgable. Birgul was particularly kind to me at my last appointment with her as I had been in traffic and parked my car inconveniently. When I arrived she suggested I move my car to a better location and kindly pushed my appointment so I didn’t have to stress or rush.
My last appointment was with Veronika who did a great job as always! Her knowledge is brilliant and I always feel in safe hands!

Zana at the Stratford branch was amazing ! She was unlike the other staff I’ve had before. Zana showed genuine interest and care, and asked me questions so she can better understand which setting to use on my hairs. She also gave me advise on how to maintain the hairs to ensure the treatment is effective. I will always book Zana !!

I had a hair‑removal appointment on 22nd August at 13:00 in Brighton branch and the experience was excellent. The staff were welcoming, highly professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Everything was explained clearly, the clinic was spotless, and the team’s calm, friendly approach really stood out. I’m very impressed and would happily recommend them.

I had micro-needling treatment at the Camden Town branch and Elsa was amazing! She was kind, welcoming and thorough! I’m very pleased with her service today! Thank you so much Elsa!

Waste of time consultation. Filled out the online forms about two weeks prior to my consultation, ticked relevant boxes to disclose any skin conditions. I travelled in for the appointment to be told because of my skin condition they cannot treat me. What’s the point in the consultation form?
Didn’t gain much confidence that they knew much about Vitiligo or how the laser can affect it. Salon seemed more dated and dirty than expected from the outside.

Was seen by Caili today at the Silverburn shop, to get my laser treatment done She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Always look forward to going in.

Leeds clinic , Laura is just amazing, so friendly and warm person she make me feel so comfortable in my session, always smiling and providing best customer service also she always update me with the offers and treatment for the future.
Also Lauren the manager is so nice and sweet.

I saw Manpreet for my treatment. I found her to be warm, welcoming, professional but most of all, she put me completely at ease! Manpreet answered all my questions and concerns and encouraged me to ask anything I wanted.

Incredible service quality at Camden branch, i was quite late for my appointment but I did notify them in advance ,the person over the was very kind and understanding as there was severe delays on Northern line. He managed to squeeze me in and even added an extra quick add on treatment. The therapist was really accommodating and perfectionist. Thank you again guys 💕.

My appointment was today (15.08.26) and my appointment that I booked was for 17:50 the manager of Camden called and asked if I can come 5 mins early and I agreed. I arrived approximately at 17:42 and signed all my papers. As I signed I asked if I could have an add on for laser to be done on half of my face and she refused and said I have to leave at 6pm. I then asked for just upper lip which will take less then 2 mins which will give her and her staff time to leave and she said no. I finished my session at 17:52 and it was still refused. They rushed my session when this slot time was available online. I’m honestly upset at the service.

Zana was very friendly and informative of the treatment. Made me feel very comfortable.
