They phoned immediately on receiving my order. Really good, friendly communication. Would definitely go back. Delivery was prompt and as promised 👍🏻

I love Larry Speare because for carpets you go in...they measure up...arrange delivery and send fitters. For beds or mattresses, you order they deliver. It's all so easy to complete. At other places sorting fitting has been hard, now I never go anywhere else. They also keep a record and know room sizes. Excellent service all round. This weekend I was served by a lovely young man who I think wasn't there last time I went. Thank you

They were brilliant... ordered a bed base and floor covering and they were able to provide top quality products that were delivered and fitted at very short notice. Very pleasant to deal with and excellent workmanship on the floor covering fitting. Would most definitely go to this company again for other products and would highly recommend them.

Having had our carpet fitted in a property we were in the process of buying in August 2022 and didn’t complete till February 2023 on advice of fitters didn’t have the hallway carpet fitted as floor needed looking at which has now been sorted. Also purchase cushion flooring for the kitchen great service and fitting again would highly recommend Larry and his team

Had carpets laid today….my worse nightmare….was told I would have couple of joins…but I had joined in this room before…I have never been able to c them….this is awful..as soon as u come into the room..u can c it….I wanted the whole house done…but never would I buy from Larry Speares again…a waste of money…I also rung up Larry Speare after they had left and told them of my horror of the carpet…was told u new it was going to have joins in the carpet….NEVER BEFORE COULD I SEE THE JOIN….WITH THIS ROOM ….I went to Larry Speare on my family’s recommendation….NEVER AGAIN……everyone I have shown photos of this carpet …..can’t believe the MESS OF IT….

Great service from the showroom and the guy who came out and measured the carpet, off cuts left which we appreciated. Only downside was the big bag of glue spray containers, old carpet bars and other rubbish left behind which they could of taken. I assume they don’t have trade waste licensing to dispose?

I rate this a five because that is the service we received. From the time we stepped into the store in Plymouth. We were welcomed by pleasant staff. A big thank you to Shirley. She knows her products, and was so helpful on getting us the right
mattress for us. Delivery was on time and again very helpful pleasant drivers. Highly recommend this company.

The whole process of choosing the vinyl was so easy as they had loads to choose from and the fitting . The quality is excellent. We recently had Gary out to fit vinyl in our kitchen and it looks perfect in place thank you. I would recommend

But it was lovely to end the day with a lovely new mattress 👍
