DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. I bought Ganni shoes and wore them inside to brake them in for a few hours. I noticed there was a tear on the top of the shoe. I got in touch with Larzia and they did nothing to help. Will never buy from them again

As we have explained in multiple emails, the issue on the boots has not been caused by a manufacturing fault, and therefore does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
As the damage has been caused by the scuffing of the boot, this issue has been caused by wear and is not covered by our faulty policy.

I got a great deal on a luxury purchase in the sale, they unfortunately didn’t fit well but the customer service in helping me exchange them was beyond excellent. The only problem I had was that both the first and second pair of shoes arrived with a black scuff mark on the satin which is unfortunate

Excelente servicio!!! Mis artículos llegaron rápido y en perfecto estado. No tuve que pagar impuestos a la entrega, porque los cobraron en el check out, sin embargo debo decir que el monto de los impuestos cambió, la primera vez que hice el check out para ver el total de mi compra y saber cuánto iba a ser, los impuestos eran de$890 pesos aproximadamente y unos días después que realicé la compra, los impuestos subieron a $1,200 pesos aproximadamente, así que no sé cuál fue la razón, pero el aumento no me pareció.
En general, mi experiencia de compra fue muy buena, porque encontré los artículos que yo quería a un buen precio, a pesar del aumento de los impuestos, llegaron rápido y en perfecto estado. Sí volvería a comprar en Larizia!!! 😉

I ordered a coach bag for my birthday…
I ordered a coach bag for my birthday Wednesday around 5pm. And I got it the following morning 11am there wasn’t even time for a dispatching email I was so surprised. This company is trustworthy and the customer service is impeccable I had an issue with the way the courier delivered my item and I spoke to Rachel and she was very lovely the level of customer service again is what every company needs so thank you. Larizia never disappoints! Not to mention I am so in love with my bag despite how it was delivered.
