Forge is total nightmare: high prices, buggy platform, and non-existent support
Laravel Forge has unfortunately become a total nightmare. For a paid product with high pricing, the customer support is unacceptable. It was already lacking, but it has gotten significantly worse recently.
The product itself feels surprisingly immature for how long it has been around. I constantly encounter bugs and unclear error messages that make troubleshooting impossible. To make matters worse, when you reach out for help, the support team is incredibly slow to respond, if they reply at all. Sometimes, I simply never get an answer.

Utilisateur de Laravel depuis bientôt 10 ans, j'utilise ce framework quotidiennement que ce soit pour mon activité professionnelle principale ou des projets personnels. La communauté derrière est incroyable, il évolue dans le bon sens. L'expérience est vraiment bonne, la documentation très bien fournie et agréable à lire.

The worst customer support they have
The worst customer support they have. Whenever I ask about a service that they provide, they will respond.
"However, Forge support only provides guidance and support for core Forge features that may not be working properly. We are unable to provide guidance or support for things like application development, custom server configurations, custom server extensions or software, or other similar customizations and application development related topics."
