Total scam. Do not buy. They have pages and pages of fake reviews on their site. They list this product as "flying erratically" for "hours and hours of independent play". The same product is offered on Chewy for 1/3rd of the price. Their return policy is impossible - you will have to ship back to china and it will cost more than what you spent on the product.

Ordered and they don’t work. I got 2 and they don’t work. Really sad for my kitties. What a disappointment. Do Not Buy.

Ordered the bird toys for my cats the instructions stated they would be fully charged in a hour it’s been 4 hours still not charged. I also had issues with delivery took about 3 weeks to get I did send an email and got a response back in 3 days said they would check on shipping. If I would have seen these reviews before I ordered I would have never ever purchased.

I want to thank Lapcatz for posting the cats beds .I do like them very much . Praise the Lord Jesus for everything he sees me through. I ask the Lord for strength to look after and care for my cat's health and welbeing in Jesus name I pray Amen. Thank you again lapcatz

My 2 Flappy Fellas arrived but do not work. LapCatz says hit the chat button on the webpage to speak with a customer rep, but there is no chat button. No phone number anywhere either. I’ve sent 2 emails and they have not replied. Scam

Hover or jump my cat is actually scared of it and The customer service. The company in general is the worst do not. Buy!!!!!!!!! It suckssss
And you won’t get a refund if you don’t like it.

I read your story on your website about creating Lapcatz after adopting two Bengal cats in 2022. First off my regular house cats can’t even fit in these things that arrived today.

One other thing you should put on your website is the fact that most of the reviews I’ve seen about this product are all one star not the 4.7 out of 5 you show.

One last thing is you should tell the public it will be coming from CHINA. I guarantee if you state this, nobody will order!!

Ordered an item on 12/18/2025.
Shipping stated would receive between 5-7 business days. My thought/error was thinking item being shipped from the United States, not directly from China. As of yet, never received , 12/20/2025. Tracking information provided does not have any information other than item received from shipper. Already paid for, so disputed charge with credit card company. And UNFORTUNATELY, the company has no way of contacting them other than customer service email that goes unanswered. Have filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau

I Ordered 3 flappy fellas from lapcatz. They don’t not fly as advertised or have 3 different mode options. The whole product is a scam. Says they are a small family business. They are located in China. Getting a return and money back not worth shipping it back to china. Shame on them. I don’t mind buying products from China as long as they work. This product was nothing like they advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Have tried repeatedly to cancel the subscription as well as return the product. Have gotten no where.

ordered 2 LapCatz beds like other reviewers stated it showed out for delivery for about a week. when it showed delivered it wasn't there. the delivery person took a picture of the package inside their vehicle, not on the porch or anywhere just in their vehicle at night

Never received my order of DentaCatz - tracking says it was stopped at US entry due to postage not being paid - have asked for a refund repeatedly without any help!! Stay away from this company!!!

Bought some of their Advanced Dental Formula to clean my cats teeth. It says just sprinkle on the cat's food and after a while their teeth and gums will be cleaned. Only my cat won't touch his food with this on top or even mixed in, so I asked for a refund. I've got to return the goods to CHINA at my expense!! What a waste of money! I've been had!!

WATCH OUT! THEYRE OUT OF CHINA AND IF YOU NEED TO RETURN OT HAS TO BE TO CHINA!!!! THERES NOTHING IN THERE PRINT THAY SAYS THIS. I AM IN TJE PROCESS OF DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK, HOWEVER BIG IT SMALL THE COST WAS.

I had a long wait like 2 weeks my cat won't even eat it I tried wet and Dry. It's absolutely chinese garbage.

Started using their dental powder on my cat Rowie and very impressed with the results so far. Would recommend

Delivery time not as stated, quality is very poor, loose threads and bedding not filled properly. Comes from China not the UK as you are led to believe. Difficult to send back as it’s overseas delivery so am down £50. Seriously don’t bother buying from these.

Long waits are not UK based. Their website lies. They are based in China. Cheap China crap. Dont waste tour money

Well what can I say, that most of the other reviews have already said? Well if I could give zero or even minus stars I would.
Total disgrace of a company- Trading Standards need to investigate these people. The delivery dates are false. The product is clearly cheap garbage from China!!!
To anyone who is thinking of buying from here- then don’t. Steer clear. I have managed to get a full refund( 3-5 days for it to hit my account) If it’s not there by then, they will be hearing from me again.

Scam Chinese company...AVOID!!!!
Bought the breeze cat bed, to keep my kitty cool in the heatwave. The material of this bed was supposed to be of "quality for astronauts" and the photograph online looked like a quality, padded bed. For £35 I expected something decent and substantial. When the bed arrived I was extremely disappointed. It was stuffed so tightly into a small vacuum packed bag for delivery, so was all misshapen and creased when unpacked. The material is very thin and flimsy with a cheap plastic backing. The base has no support and the cushion attached is useless. My cat took one look at it and walked off in disgust. I will return it and hope I will get a refund. Buy one of the cool mats from a UK based company instead for a fraction of the price of this rubbish.
