My lanyards were returned to sender and didn't make it back to me before the event date I required them for.

Easy to deal with, quality items and fast delivery

I will never buy from this company again. They lied that they use AusPost 3-5 days shipping only to send my package with Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers). Bought stuff 2 Weeks sgo and the package is stuck with Aramex (Fastway Couriers) and the event is tomorrow. I will never buy from them again.

Based on my experience with Lanyards Factory, I'd avoid using them in future.

I ordered 6x of their "Express Name Badges" on Tuesday 8th November, and eventually received my artwork proof back for confirmation around 24 hours later, which I confirmed within the hour, also paying the full balance of the order.

At 3 different points throughout this process, I explicity asked if they could be delivered prior to Saturday 11th November for an event my company was running - or if this wasn't possible, to let me know so I could cancel my order. The salesperson I spoke to on the phone said this would be possible, and I also didn't have any issues raised during two seperate emails to their team.

The badges were shipped on Thursday 10th November, but did not arrive until the Monday 14th of November.

Unfortunately, the final result was definitely not worth the wait. Of the 6x badges that I ordered, one has a visibly janky top edge, whilst another has an obvious cut encroaching on the bottom edge - even a cursory glance should have picked this up. Even not taking these flaws into account, the print quality is really poor - the edges look really fuzzy, not sharp at all. Similarly, there are white bits of plastic poking out past the coloured edges of the artwork, which makes the badges look worn, even through they've never been used.

Ironically, even if these had arrived in time, I wouldn't have used them anyway.

Overall, my experience with Lanyards factory was one of fairly poor communication, backed up by a sub-standard product and low quality assurance standards.

Fast efficient service with a quality product

The turnaround time is a bit slow. Need to follow up them all the time but service is good.

Lanyards were exactly as we expected. Quality is really good and colour was perfect. Delivery time was really quick and correspondence with the company was great.
We will order from them again when we need to.

Just a hopeless company to deal with. Terrible communication, Excuse after excuse. Wasted weeks trying to place the order. Then order delivered without breakaway safety clip components we paid for, rendering the lanyards completely useless to us.
I then chased them further before finally receiving a refund. A complete waste of time.
