Do not order from this company unless you are absolutely sure that the size is right and that it’s what you want because returning the product will cost a fortune. They do not provide a label to return the product and when I brought it to a mailing place he said it was going to cost more than the shirt cost originally to return. When I reached out to the company to see if they would give me a label, they said they do not do that but they would give me a 15% return and I can keep the product. Completely useless since the product didn’t fit, and it was the wrong color. The shirt was very poor quality and was not worth the price we paid. The color of the shirt online was burgundy and the product said burgundy which is the color my daughter needed and when it came it was not burgundy. It was quite bright red. I would not order from this company again. I should’ve checked the reviews on here first!!
Terrible pair of shoes, terrible fit and no help from customer service. Husband bought me a Christmas gift… ready the fine print no returns outside of 15 days. It is Christmas, everyone has an extended return policy. The shoes seem miss-sized normal a 38 is large-ish these fit like a 36. Most uncomfortable shoes ever purchased. Will never buy another product from Lanvin Paris.
Dreadful customer service. Returned an order worth >£1,500, it's stuck at Charles De Gaulle's warehouse for the last 14 days waiting for Lanvin to provide the information required to release it from customs. Lanvin customer service are blaming UPS and say they don't need to do anything. In the meantime I'm out of pocket by >£1,500. Do not shop at Lanvin unless you want to lose money,
Tente de vous embaucher pour vous faire mettre des avis mensongers. Vous demandent de travailler une journée non payée à l'essai sans contrat. Ne vous fournissent évidemment ni rémunération ni garantie.

Nightmare from the start May 13,2024. Took 2 payments of 215.00 but never sent a confirmation. I tried to contact them but was ignored until my bank started an investigation. On June 02 I received a terrible product that was nothing like the picture. After many calls they agreed to allow me to return. This was done immediately. It has been over 1month since my product was returned. I am still writing frequently hoping they will show some integrity and process my refund.
I ordered shoes around October 10, but at first I did not receive an order confirmation email. So then I sent them several emails to ask if they were still coming, and they always replied that they were working on it. The shoes finally arrived after 2 weeks and when I put them on they were too small, so then I sent them back and I did this on Oct 27th. The shoes were supposed to be back within at least 5 days and I was supposed to get my money back, but that didn't happen at all. I think I have sent a hundred emails and have spoken to them by phone for over ten times as the track and trace states that UPS has lost the package but Lanvin keeps wanting to start a new investigation. An investigation takes 1/5-2 week and we are now 3 investigations and 2 months further and they still don't want to give my money back. It is now December 26, and I still haven’t had answers.
Lanvin a toujours été un symbole de luxe et d'élégance pour moi. Leur site web reflète parfaitement cette image. Leurs produits sont d'une excellente qualité comme en témoigne l'écharpe que j'ai acheté pour cet hiver !
They really are scammers. I ordered a pair of $1300 sneakers. I received them and they were too big so I return them right away with their label. After waiting almost a month for a refund, they email me stating that I returned a shoe with damage. I never wore the shoes. I filed a dispute with PayPal. What’s sad is that I found the shoe in one of their stores in a smaller size and purchased them. I’ll never buy anything from them again.
AVOID, not good quality and the customer service non existent
I ordered a pair of shorts and when they arrived they were the wrong colour, size, style. Cheaply made, no lining like pictured. Completely misrepresented on the website. I immediately contacted their company for a return( same day I received them in the mail) , showing pictures of what I ordered compared to what arrived. They refused to accept my return, despite their website clearly stating they accept returns within 14 days of receiving. Complete waste of my time and money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT LAINVIN.COM.They are SCAMMERS. How they operate their business is completely illegal. They sent the wrong item and refuse to take it back & provide full refund or correct it in anyway. I will update this review if this gets resolved.
The word ever customer service they sell bags that rust.
I made an order on "eLanvin" - a pair of sneakers nine days ago. Paid twenty EUR for express delivery. They say they need 1-2 business days to process the order and then a couple of days for the package to arrive. I have not received anything. I have send three emails with no answer at all. There is no phone number to contact costumer support. Lanvin - PLEASE. if you read this then please get in touch with me.
