Helpdesk of Lanuvo was super helpful, I did not receive a confirmation email but it was a mistake I made when entering my email address incorrectly during the checkout. Ella from support helped me solve it and at the end my package arrived safely and in time

It was my first order with this company and I was surprised by the amazing customer service. They called me to tell me my package was ready for pickup at the local post office and I ended up chatting for about 10mins to the sweet lady (Ella) on the phone. Great experience for me 👍

Received my old money loafers today and very happy with them. I typed the wrong house number at the time of ordering but luckily Ella from the customer support team was so nice to help solve it asap. Great experience so far and hope to enjoy the loafers for a long time :)

I'm a biker enthousiast and a good biker jacket is of course a must. Ordered one from Lanuvo and it actually came in better than expected, the jackets I bought before on other online shops were either too thin or too bulky, this one was just perfect.
